Blue Drops Irrigation

-We had a bad water pipe leak in the backyard irrigation. We just bought the house and were not able to find the shut off for the irrigation system. Arturo answered the call quickly and after telling him the problem. He was at the house in about an hour. Arturo found the shut off valve and inspected the system. He found several other problems and showed us the problems, explained the problem and estimated cost to fix it. They filled in all holes or trenches that had to dug out. Replaced all sod or other ground cover that had to be moved. Even the sod that had to be moved, after a couple of weeks the seams were gone. Arturo fixed the problems with good quality parts and did a great job. Arturo and his crew were prompt, knowledgeable and very professional. We would recommend Blue Drops Irrigation to anyone and will use them again. Rocky Seffens

Did an Excellent Job!

Very professional; prompt and thorough. Arturo did what he said he would do. I was not sure whether the price was fair but since this was a leak that he handled, I was not unhappy. I would hire him again in a minute; very professional and honest.

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY - He advertised 'Free estimates' - charged me $80 as a service free. Offered an estimate that is easily 30% higher than anywhere in the market. One of my first experiences with Angie's list and I'm very disappointed in the unprofessional company which is currently listed. DO NO USE

Terrific Service -- Very Professional!

It was initially a little difficult to get in touch with them, as they planned to call back and I didn't hear back for a few days. However, once he called back and was in my area he was able to stop by quickly. The repair went very well. He identified the site of the leak immediately and was able to repair a crack in the pipe very quickly without too much damage to my adjacent landscaping. He replaced everything once it was done and it looked good as new. He also checked all of my other sprinkler heads and zones while here. I'd definitely hire him again.

Pretty smoothly; the workers arrived on time and patiently answered all of my questions and explained how to use the system. After the installation, the sod was put back neatly. Overall, I am satisfied with the work done.

Arturo arrived on time with his crew. They found the problem and proceeded to fix it quickly. He also proposed fine tuning the location, size and spray pattern of the sprinkler heads, for a reasonable price. I accepted the proposal and the work was done professionally; the areas where they had to dig are barely visible.

Arturo was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I reached out to several companies for quotes, and he was by far the most responsive and made coordinating the quote/process very easy, which was a big factor in selecting him. The quote was priced right around what I expected, and the work was performed to the quoted price. Arturo & team did the work within a week of agreeing to the job. They arrived at my house as scheduled and stayed in touch with me with questions and heads ups along the way to make sure we were in sync on the work being done. They worked very fast (finished the job in less than a day), but also did a careful job of maintaining and replacing as much of the yard/grass/plants as possible. I know when it comes time for winterizing/maintenance to the system, I'll call Arturo. Highly recommend.

An absolute masterpiece! My yard has become a sanctuary. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability were exceptional. Beyond expectation - what a pleasure this whole experience was! Can't wait to do my next project with a pergola and side fence.
