Everything started off very good. They came out. The next day. Gave me an estimate gave me what appears to be a good warranty, then the problem started. I did not get the 5 inch filter that I was told I’d be getting the system that they sold me a stage two my house is not compatible to use this system . I was told there is no special financing on the unit then after I bought the unit and paid cash for it I found out they were offering and are offering 0% until 2026 with no payments till 2026. I spoke with what was told to me as a manager from Bart Danny Oliver he told me he would assist me. Unfortunately he has done absolutely I’ve attempted to And call him and email him and he has not responded in multiple days after he told me he would. I can honestly say I regret it. I will never do business with them again nor will I refer people to do business with them. Highly recommend going somewhere else do not do business with this company. then i called them 2 days later to come work on my mini split. the rep that came out looked at the unit and said it needs to be replaced cause its over 10 years old. i explained its 2 years old and even has a date on it showing 2 years. he said he recommends me call a comfort specialist. then i called and got a new rep out there and he fixed everything no problem. was super nice. then he gave me the bill for $1200 dollars, without ever telling me how much anything was going to be to replace. i regret using this company. They finally sent someone out who knows what he is doing which is good. He said they never even hooked up the unit correctly. The company has refused to do anything or assist with anything. I regret this company and wish i never called them. I highly recommend not using them. Do your research first, DO NOT USE BARDI

Bardi left us without A/C for almost a week during a heatwave because they couldn't figure out the problem, and then they charged us $2k in labor alone for work they couldn't get right. If you go with Bardi, you'll be chronically overcharged for poor work and worse customer service.

Everything went great. i needed more time to make up my decision to get the job done; however, i would definitely choose Bardi company to fix my problems
Description of Work: I had problems with noise called water hammer in my house. Bardi company sent a technician to check on the problem. His name was Clayton and he took his time going thru all possible causes and greatly explained about them to me. I was also appreciated that he came on the weekend to see my problems.

93 or it's free commercial. I have used them in the past for plumbing and hvac, and was very dissatisfied. After watching the commercial today I wanted to give them another chance because the commercial was great, seemed to be an amazing deal, and at the right moment of time when I needed this deal. I called them this morning. The sales associate "E"answered the phone, and was quick to give me information for a different deal after sharing with her the deal I saw on the commercial. Yet, she was ready to schedule an appointment and was quickly moving on to get my information. After I stopped her from continuing, I said, the commercial was different from what she described. She checked again, then came back with the correct information. She said that if the plumber was able to do it, then after 3 attempts to clean the line, then it would cost more. To me that is false advertisement. If you say, $93 to make the line backup free, or it's free. That is very different from making three attempts to clean the line. You choose what you wish, but I didn't want to have anyone else go through the pain I have suffered with this company. Here's the website's details, which are much different than the commercial. "Conditions apply. May not be combined with any other offer. Outside clean out only, up to 75 feet. After several attempts, may have to change to another method. Extra charges may apply." When I used Bardi the last time, I spent over 15k on my newly purchased home. Getting them out to do the work was easy, quick, and mostly pleasant. This lasted until they left saying everything was complete and another contractor informed me that they forgot big ticket items on the invoice. Fortunately, they did some setup for another contractor. The contractor came back to do the work but could not. I was in shock! How does a company tell me it's done, and it was never touched. To get them to come out after that to complete the missed work, or fix the incorrect repairs or lack of repaired items was a burden, tiresome, and created so much work for me. That was back in 2015. All the memories came flooding back by that one phone call. I don't know how they stay in business when they treat their customers this way.

service quoted $1800. Paid in two installments of $900 before work, $900 upon completion. Bardi used my account number to charge my account THREE times. therefore deducting $2700 not $1800. Accounting refused to call me back for two days. when a supervisor finally called, he hung up on me saying I was being difficult. they refused to reverse the charge. I am currently waiting for a "check that's in the mail". also the plumber stole something from my house. get anyone else besides them.

Bardi came into our home and fixed a sewage line, but accidentally put an angled clean-out in backwards. The result was that sewage flooded our home a week before Christmas. The next 2 weeks (during the holidays) was a dragged out nightmare of trying to get in contact with anyone, being put off to other people, and Bardi flopping back and forth on whether or not they were going to do anything to make it right. After threatening legal action, they finally filed with their insurance and it took us until February to be able to move back into our home. I genuinely believe if we had not recorded every phone call we would have been left hanging to dry, as that was their game plan until we informed them of the recorded phone calls. They do poor work, they are dishonest, they do not deserve your business. Please go with anyone else.

Great job. Worked hard. Walked us through the process. Gave a comprehensive update on everything he was working on. Friendly and kind to our animals. He made himself available and asked if it was ok to walk through our family space every time.

Untrustworthy......Bait and switch practices gave me a price for a tune-up $69.00 and then received a phone call that it would be a $150.00 service charge when I asked for a tune-up! Then they said they would not be sending anyone out to the confirmed time or date requested.

Following review of the HVAC and Heating unit, the technician discovered several things in order to get the unit working. He had to go and purchase additional parts and then install those parts. The technician was very thorough in his assessment of the problems and provided with three different estimates for my review prior to beginning work.
