A/C would not turn on. Emailed them and they were very responsive. I was at the hospital with my wife, so a buddy let them in to work. They called back in about 15 minutes that they were done. They replaced the condensate pump. Quick and efficient service.

They did an outstanding job. He corrected some instillation issues and the system is working better.

Fantastic!! My wife and I had recently moved into a house we had purchased, and renovated over the last few months. When we went to turn on the 15 year old AC for the first time some problems became apparent that weren't discovered on the buying inspection. I had picked Bardi for a system replacement on our previous house after getting several estimates - they did an outstanding job then - I use them on a rental property I have as well - so when we had this problem with the new house I called them. Unfortunately a new system was the best solution - furnace and AC. What a polite, professional crew! Answered all my questions, did what they said they were going to do and when they said they would do it. At the end of the day, they ran into an unexpected problem - no fault of theirs - made some calls - the general manager came out ( at dinner time), solved the issue and they all finished the job. A very "Get-R-Done", "Get-R-Done Right" attitude!

The whole process was very professional and they installers knew what they were doing. They were very conscious of being in our home and respected the inside our home by putting down a runner and wearing booties. Their communication was very good. We received 3 estimates. While Bardi was not the least expensive, they offered the best product and service for the money.

Great company. We have been with Bardi for about 20 years. We have tried others but liked Bardi the best. They are prompt, thorough, and complete. They correct any problems while they are here and with the materials they have on the truck. If there are any things wrong that I wanted to think over, they wrote up several options and how much each would cost, put it in the folder with an invoice for what they had done and gave me that folder with a card to call back when I was ready with the option I wanted to have them do. They completely explained the issues and solutions. I have called back for the additional repair options and am pleased. I would recommend them to anyone!

I first became familiar with Bardi through a coupon for annual service. The HVAC on my house was purchased in 2005, right before I bought the house and I had not had the unit serviced since moving in. There was nothing wrong with my HVAC unit before I used Bardi for service but I have had to call them three times since the service appointment. During the last appointment, the tech Indian tried to up-sell me by saying the thermostat caused a short-circuit. The thermostat they tried to sell me was going to coast over $250. I did not buy the thermostat. I may be wrong to draw the connection between Bardi's maintenance visit and the several visits I have needed since but I cannot afford to take the chance. The good things about Bardi: 1. Technicians have always been extremely professional. They unfailingly remembered to put shoe covers on their shoes when they came into the house. 2. They use standard pricing from a price sheet so everyone pays the same price for the same services.

They do excellent job. They are reliable and their price is good. They come in when they say they will come in. I would rate them highly. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

It went as smooth as it could. Not much to say about it. The tech was very professional and pleasant.

WHEN NECESSARY, OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS AND TIPS ARE EXPLAINED CLEARLY.
