Atlantis Granite and Marble

Great!!! Britany and Jeremy (who work in the sales showroom) did a fantastic job getting everything set up for us, including ordering the slabs from the granite wholesaler we used. They scheduled both installs on the days that fit our schedule and all the paperwork was completed accurately. They always seemed so glad to see us and answered all our questions All I can say is that they are so nice and professional and know what they are doing. We first replaced most of the countertops in the kitchen but left the existing granite on the island. Once those new countertops were installed, we liked them so much, me called Britany and Jeremy back and had them order another slab of the same granite and had them install that on the island. The new countertops look so good and we are so happy with the results. After we signed the contracts, Corey came to our house to measure the old countertops and to create the templates they use to cut the granite. Corey took the necessary time to get the measurements exactly right and while he is there, answered all our questions about the install process. That brings me to George, who headed up the actual installation. George arrived exactly on time for both installs and was in and out in no time. BTW, George and his install partner arrived with Covid-19 masks on. They came in, laid out tarps to protect our floors and then carefully removed the old granite countertops without causing any damage to the cabinets. The new granite was installed in a matter of minutes and then they did a full cleanup to remove any old caulking. George and his install partner are so friendly and take a tremendous amount of pride in his work. We are going to redo our bathrooms next year and no question, plan to use Atlantis again.

After a significantly late arrival the installation team was diligent, respectful, and skilled. The work was top notch.

This is the third time I have used Atlantis and they have been great every time! This was a very small project, but they still went out of their way to provide great service. I provided the templates and also did the installation since it was such a small job. Atlantis gave me a great price since they did not have to come out to my house. I will be using them again soon.

The results were beautiful. I used quartz that resembles marble. Atlantis made it so easy to select. Installation with sinks we had purchased was a breeze.

Atlantis' stone work is always excellent. This is the second bathroom I have had them do work for and the quality is top notch. Their communication is a little lacking though. I had to pick out a slab twice because they misplaced the first one that was selected. They showed up to my house to install the vanity without verifying with me that they were going to install it on a Friday. The installers did mess up and back up their truck into my yard creating a big muddy rut. All in all, not a big deal. But do have some room for improvement.

I initially had Atlantis install new countertops in my kitchen. I was so impressed that I went right back to them a short time later to have them replace the countertop in my bathroom.

Mike, Casey, Diane, Canyon and everyone else were a pleasure to work with on our project. They were fantastic in helping us out when our project went slower than anticipated and were so quick to finish the project when we were ready to be under way. We could not be more thrilled with our new countertops. We highly recommend Atlantis Granite and hope to use them again in the future for other home remodeling projects.

We visited their showroom in Norcross to explore the many variations of granite and selected Viscont White which is white with a gray pattern. They sent out an expert to measure and build a template pattern for both fireplace surrounds. A few days later they sent out 2 professional installers who did an excellent job!

Really nice people. Bent over backwards to make me happy, helped me find a supplier for quartz counter tops that fit my budget and were here when they said they'd be. Had a problem that was really my fault and they handled it beautifully. The owner himself is very involved, so you get first rate service.

Fantastic, very professional, and very happy

I went to Atlantis Granite & Marble in search of the perfect granite or quartz. I had been to several other of the top spots in North Fulton but had not found what I was looking for. I really had no idea what I was looking for, to be honest. Nothing jumped out at me....! But then I met Diane and Canyon at Atlantis Granite and Marble, and they were very helpful in leading me to the final selection. I ended up getting quartz for both bathrooms, and found that not only was quartz very affordable, it gave me more choices for my tile than the granite selections. The surprising thing was the fast turnaround! I wanted to know if they could do it in less than two weeks as we were leaving for Florida. Can you believe they did it in 48 hours....so quickly that I had to put them off a day or two as the bathroom had not yet been finished with the painting. I highly recommend Atlantis. The sales staff were very accommodating and the installations friendly and professional. Flawless from start to finish!

Once I finally found out that I needed a marble counter installer instead of a plumber or a cabinet-maker, I called Atlantis. They came out that afternoon and reattached the sink, and that fixed my disposer!!

The experience was wonderful from the time we went to the showroom for product review & quotes to after installation when they followed-up to see how things went and how we felt. In our first visit we had lots of questions and a strict budget and they found a great solution and stayed past their closing time to help us. Once we decided on Atlantis, they provided us the location for us to view the full slab of the quartz we picked out . Atlantis also provides a new sink with the countertop and we wanted one that was deeper than what they usually include so they got what we wanted at no additional charge. We also needed low VOC materials so they provided low VOC caulking and adhesives at no extra charge. We had a hiccup that was our own issue but they worked around it very courteously and did not charge us extra. Since we were also getting a new floor in the kitchen, we were unsure if the dishwasher would fit under the new countertop at the current height. So, they came out and removed the countertop on a separate trip so we could adjust things accordingly before they installed the new countertop. They usually remove the old countertop the same day as installation of new countertop. The installers were very attentive and careful and did a great job. We had never been through this experience before and would highly recommend Atlantis for great price, great product, and outstanding service!!!

This was the first time I used Atlantis Granite and Marble. I used them for a master bath remodel. I reviewed quotes from several other companies and chose Atlantis after personally speaking with Mike and his staff. They did a great job on a difficult installation. They were always courteous and professional whenever I called. Their install crew was courteous as well. I will use them again for future installs.

They look fantastic. Their prices were great; their personnel at their location was very helpful and patient; the installers did a nice job. Completely satisfied and will recommend them.

Excellent! The measurements were accurate and done quickly. The installers made proper adjustments for crooked wall. They also used 2 different colored caulk - white where the backsplash was adjacent to the wall to match the guest bathroom and clear to 'camouflage' the where the backsplash and countertop met. Countertop was sealed prior to them leaving. Started the search for the marble on Saturday and within 9 days (including Saturdays and Sundays) project was completed! Very responsive! Everyone was very professional. the installers even took the time to seal the guest bathroom's countertop! Would definitely use them on future projects!

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Atlantis! We were in the market to update our kitchen countertops and thought by visiting a local big box store we would get a better deal. After a visit to two of them we realized the service was subpar due to just the interaction and that we wouldn’t see our granite before installation. The big box stores only have small samples on the wall. When we walked into Atlantis, Casey was very helpful and walked us through the whole process. We told her our price range and she only showed us large slabs (not samples!! yay) that fell within our budget. She also suggested we look at a granite yard close by to see if they had what we were looking for. We found a beautiful slab and Atlantis did all the work of getting it to their shop, fabricating it and setting up the install time. Installation day was very professional and the guys, Tharik and Corey, helped to demo our pre-existing countertops and carefully brought in the new ones. We were pleased with the work and love our new countertops. They even installed the sink and cut the hole for our new faucet. I chose Atlantis based on other customer reviews and now I’m giving my own positive feedback!

From the initial contact that I made with them until the final payment, everything was amazing. They worked promptly and professionally on all the counter tops in my new kitchen, bathrooms, and mudroom. It was painless!

Atlantis Granite and Marble installed our granite countertop and it looks great. Corey and Jonathan did an awesome job of installing the granite countertop with double sinks. They were very friendly and punctual. They not only sealed the new countertop but also sealed our older granite countertops that we have in our kitchen. Atlantis always kept us informed on when they would come out to do the template and then when they would come out to install the granite countertop. We would always receive a call from them just before they came. It has been a pleasure to work with Atlantis and we will definitely use them in the future!

Great service from the beginning as Casey was fantastic and fast to respond. Tarik completed the template quickly and was patient with us answering all our questions, then we showed up at the office to pick the slab without making an appointment and the two folks working there went out of their way to move slabs and accommodate us so we could get it done. Great price, service and installation.

Our counters are wonderful, and the price was very good and competitive. Casey was so helpful in giving us a lot of choices on our soapstone and doing our templates. She was incredibly responsive and timely with everything, even offering to meet us after hours if it would be more convenient for us. The installation team was very professional and did a beautiful job. We could not be happier with our counters!

I needed a granite redo for a small half bath. I met with Casey and found everyone at Atlantis very easy to work with. They worked with me on my unusual request to raise the counter-top and build a skirt to bring the bath up to date. We found a fantastic remnant piece of granite that worked great. Price quoted included all labor and installation of under-mount sink. Installation team was fantastic. Will definitely use them on my next granite project.
