They were fine. They did a good job. I have no complaints. They were very nice.

The carpet was mainly only about 2 years old and had Prestige clean the carpets. He cleaned and spot treated several areas that came out great. The carpets on the steps had not been cleaned by tenants on a consistent basis, but came out pretty well.

We were very pleased with the experience and the quality of the work! We plan to use Prestige next time we have our carpets cleaned!

only took less than an hour and YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR not a good job at all even though carpet is old he did not do closet in bedrooms which is part of the room or behind the door

It was okay, after he was through the carpet has some areas that need to be stretched. Not to say that is his fault, could have been an issue with whoever did the work.

Awesome! The two guys showed up and were courteous and professional. They shampooed each area carefully and we very efficient.

Employee was courteous and prompt. He informed me when he was on his way, which I always appreciate. He did a good job on the carpets- especially considering the low price. My address is out of their normal service range but they were happy to accommodate me anyway. My only complaint was the upsale at the end. I had pointed out several stains that he had to address and he said those would be an additional charge. That was fine, but when it came time to pay the additional fee, he wouldn't give me a price. He asked me what I thought it was worth and that made me uncomfortable. After going back and forth a bit, it was clear he wasn't giving me a number so I said $20 which he accepted. I have no idea if that was reasonable or not.

We ordered on the 20th of December and gave the provider times for first week in January. He called and left a message which we promptly returned but he never called again. Over a week went by until I finally called and left him a "do you want our business or not" message and he called back and we agreed to a time two days from our call. An hour and 15 minutes past our agreed time I left another message asking him if he had forgotten us. He called me back and decided to argue with me about our agreement. When a provider has a phone number on a web-site that is his cell-phone with a google reply rather than a company reply I should have understood that I'm dealing with a "one-man band" rather than a substantial business and cut ties then. Shame on me.

We recently had the whole house cleaned, but unfortunately our youngest child decided he didn't like the color (or smell) of his room and took it upon himself to not once, but twice, leave DNA on his carpet. We couldn't get the stains out ourselves so used this coupon to see what could be done. Brandon was quick to respond to the order despite the time of year, made arrangements hassle free and arrived as promised. The rooms were well cleaned and smelled great. He was even able to get the stains out of the previously stated room!!

Drug hoses trough my kitchen. Had to leave door open & garage door. Everything just too wet. Cleaned around most furniture instead of moving a lot of small stuff. Results once dry were just okay. Didn't clean up water around hardwood floors & rugs cleaned. Cleaned kitchen rug in garage ( which I said ok to cleaning outside ) but didn't clean floor area so underneath rug had a bunch of debris.

It was fine. They do not offer organic cleaning. They got the job done in about one hour. The worker was very pleasant and professional.

He was here right on time and was very professional. Besides doing the job quickly he removed the couple of small spots we had. I will be using him again.

They were very accommodating to me changing the scheduled time twice - very courteous. While Brandon was a few minutes late he called me well ahead of time and advised me of the reason. The service was wonderful - he completely the job very quickly but thoroughly. Removed all the stains I had, asked me to look over each area to make sure I was happy with the service. Brandon was extremely polite and I will definitely use Atlanta's Prestige Carpet Cleaners again and have already recommended him to other family members.

The owner, Brandon, arrived on time and was very courteous. He went right to work and did a great job. He also used pet stain product and mold treatment on the carpet in the basement where our water heater had leaked. It's so refreshing to have a business come when they say and do what they say in a professional manner. Brandon is also an Army veteran and we love our vets. I would highly recommend his services. I waited a couple of days to write this review since stains sometime re-appear after the carpet dries, but, so far, everything looks great. He even got some very old stains up.

The owner of this business arrived promptly and got right to work. He did an excellent job and left my carpets looking brighter and cleaner than they have since I moved into this house. He is an Army vet, having served in Afghanistan, and I could see his Army training in the way he performed the job, plus he was just a very nice person. Thanks so much for the good work!

They do not have enough reviews. I am going with another company.

He said "You are 18 miles out of my area but I guess I could do it." Like I was putting him out. He could not spell at all. I had to spell every word for him. It was so bad I almost asked if he was intoxicated! Just trying to speak to him was very frustrating!

He just started his company a year ago and was in the military for 10 years. He was very professional. All his employees wore uniforms. He didn't try to pressure me to do extra jobs. He carried himself very well with him and his partner. I scheduled the appointment on his website. He contacted me very quickly. He was very quick and on time. He actually came early. He did a great job getting the stains out of my carpet. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

It went VERY WELL. They were professional upon arrival to their departure. These guys were on time. They were very courteous of my home and did a great job cleaning my carpets. Most of all they stuck by their price and did not try to get extra out of me for no reason. I Recommend this company to anyone.
