Arsenal Van Lines

It was the worst moving experience I have ever had and I have moved 6 times previously interstate. This organization is designed and premeditates SCAMMING the customer. They moved us with a smaller truck than was designed for the move. I questioned the size of the truck when they showed up but the leed told me dont worry we have plenty of space. I let the so called professionals make the call. As I suspected by the end of the evening Arsenal Van Lines had supplied a truck too small and not enough men (2)to handle the job. They had me sign off on the move (which I should not have done) even though they said they would have to come back tomoorow to finish the job. I was frustrated but said ok what choice is ther now that its 10:00 at night and about 30 percent of our belongings including major appliances such as washer and dryer and refrigerator was left behind. Here comes the nightmare....they took all the money yet now the next day call me and tell me it will cost more to get the rest of our things from Augusta GA. What?? Im furious at this point as I am now figuring out this is a planned scam not just a mistake. None of the phone numbers to the driver I had been given worked any longer. They were now moved out of the scenario so you had to talk only to the office scam folks. I was told its an additional $1000.00 to finish the job or they wont finish the move. This was an extortion tactic as they figured they had me at this point. Well they were wrong as I had given them a company check that I was able to cancel for the balance which $1500.00. I told them forget it and hired 2 men and a truck locally to finish the job for about the same money I had stopped payment on with Arsenal. Arsenal then proceeded to charge my credit card which they only had authorization for my original deposit a month before the move and use that to illegally charge my credit card for the balance of $1500.00 even though they did not complete the move. I had to dispute the credit card charges with Mastercard and after painstaking time, letters, and effort I finally got my credit card refund. It took 6 weeks of fighting both Arsenal and the Credit Card company. Dont ever use this company, you will be very sorry, They are criminals hiding behind a moving company. STAY AWAY !!!!
