I would most definitely recommend Arctic Blast! Not only did they offer the best price in town on a Lennox 4 ton HVAC system, their quote was straight forward, no gimmicks or add-on's. Mr. Clay McNabb and his assistant Brian are knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. They arrived promptly as scheduled, worked non-stop until the installation was completed, explained how the new system worked, and followed up by emailing the links for the warranty registration.

We have been customers for over 10 years and wouldn't think of hiring anyone else. Clay is honest, reliable and trustworthy. He has never tried to sell us something we didn't need and if he comes out and doesn't need to repair anything usually doesn't even charge us! Who does that!? We appreciate his quick response for AC and heating issues and have recommended arctic Blast to all of friends, family and coworkers. As long as Arctic Blast is on business they will get our business!

The guys from Arctic blast were amazing, they took extremely good care of us. I called several companies in the Duluth area including ACE & A Heating & Air Conditioning, who sold us a maintenance package that apparently only covered the phone call to schedule them. The guys at Arctic Blast scheduled me with in days of my call, and were almost 1k cheaper than all the other estimates I had received. They will definitely be getting all our HVAC business from now on, thanks guys.

Clay the owner responded to my phone call in a cheerful and enthusiastic manner. Told him I had seen his ads on a billboard and have seen some promos on his website. He answered all my initial inquiries and we set up an appointment for him to come out to the house for a walk-through and an estimate. He was prompt, on-time, and was very helpful during the walk-through. Price quote was very competitive for a good set of equipment and he offered to track down and reconfigure a misrouted duct for no extra charge. On installation day, Clay and his installation manager Brian were again on-time and prompt. Their work was brisk and methodical, a good reflection of their experience and mastery of the trade. Installing my high tech WiFi "ecobee3" thermostat took more effort and time than anticipated due to wires that were left unconnected by the builder when the house was built. Clay and Brian took the time to track down the problem. Identifying the misrouted duck also took more time and effort than anticipated but they stuck to the task and got it done. Clay takes pride in his workmanship, pointed out to me the difference on how things were done between his installation and the previous one by a different company. He takes pride of ownership and it shows. Very happy with Arctic Blast. Looking forward to another system with them next year, plus I'll be switching to them for maintenance service of all my systems.

OMG! These guys are great! Repaired my ac in 10 mins for 139.00 when another company wanted to replace for 4400.00. Honest, funny, and professional. Fantastic! After another company gave me the runaround, arctic blast showed up same day, usedan meters to identify the problem, repaired the damage caused by the company and had my home cooling in about 10 minutes. These are my new go to guys and recommend to everybody!!

We noticed that our A.C. made it through the heavy Heat summer: however was struggling as of late. We contacted Artic Blast on a Sunday afternoon. Yes, A Sunday afternoon and within two hours had a return phone call. Artic Blast promptly came to our residence Monday morning around 8 a.m. The current unit was over 19 years old and froze up overnight. Artic Blast provided a detailed review of our current system and offered various replacement options. We selected the best Lennox HVAC unit to maximize the Heating and Cooling needs. On Wednesday of that week, Artic Blast arrived at our residence promptly at 7:30am. By noon they had completed the instillation of our new Lennox HVAC system. Artic Blast completed the testing of the unit and reviewed detailed programming instructions for the Lennox 7500 Seties Thermostat. Artic Blast provided the Warranty information and we promptly completed the On-Line Lennox registration of our new system. They cleaned and hauled off the old HVAC system and we were back in business. It was that easy..... Artic Blast representatives are extremely professional and knowledgeable. We will continue to highly recommend Artic Blast to our friends and neighbors for their home Heating and Cooling needs.

Clay and his team were outstanding. They took their time and actually corrected numerous issues from the original installation. With HVACs, installation is everything and they did just a fabulous job. I can't recommend them strongly enough.

There was a time limit to get quotes back to Direct TV for the damage and I set appointment with the owner to come out. the appointment was set up for the next week. I texted and called 2 days prior to confirm appointment but did not hear from them. Another person from the office called the day of the appointment (after lunch) to say the owner had family emergency and would not be able to come out prior to my Direct TV claim deadline and I am unable to get another company out to give me a quote. I was forced to take the offer Direct TV gave me (which I am concerned is too low). I needed to get the quote to ensure the compensation was adequate. While I understand the situation for an emergency, I feel that due to the lack of response to my communications or the inability to put my service call higher on the list for another service tech to come out is highly unprofessional. The only positive comment I can give this company is that in the original phone conversation the owner was very nice.

Provider came on a Sunday like a regular weekday and was willing to provide assistance without hesitating given answers to my questions and was very polite and detailed with answers. Also, it was a pleasure working with Arctic Blast. Starting with my call to get a quote because my furnace wasn't working and my HVAC was about to die, so they manage to schedule a replacement with 48 hours. Clay (President) was VERY professional. He scheduled the installation for the same week, so that was a big plus for me. The installation was made by Clay and Brian and I couldn't be happier with both of them because of the time and care they both took to put my new up. I am a happy camper now!! This was my second time using Clay and his company. He arrived before the scheduled time. He was fair and honest in his assessment. He didn't try to oversell me on anything. The most important aspect was honesty. That goes a long way with me. He was done replacing the fan motor within 30 minutes and my air was back working. I'll definitely use him in the future for any air conditioning related services.

Started work on off hours since it was extremely hot when the old unit died. Worked around our schedule for installation and frequently has followed up on system performance and adjustment. He was willing to move the whole unit to satisfy us, when another large company was going to do it for $3000. Clay did it for no extra charge. Clay is very prompt in returning phone calls and coming out when requested. He views us and treats us as a customer for life. You will never get the same treatment from a large company.

The technician (Brian) called before coming out both times & was on time. For service call he let me know the issue & when it could be repaired. Clay (owner) got back to me with the issue & cost. Brian was professional & efficient. After disconnecting the part he showed me the damage it had. While he was out at his truck my neighbor asked him questions & he was polite. After installing everything he turned off all my fans , got up on a step stool & made sure the vents had air blowing out. He checked the outdoor unit & made sure everything was up & running. Very thorough!! i would/ will highly recommend this company!!!

Clay and his service tech inspected my A/C unit, diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor and had the unit up and running in approx 10 Minutes! Ive been using Arctic Blast for several years now after being referred by my neighbor. They provide exceptional, honest and professional service at a great price. The tech was very knowledgeable and quick to zero in on the problem. He was very friendly too. The repair went quickly and he gave me confidence to use them for future repairs.

I called them in the morning and they were able to work me in for later that same day, which was good given how hot it was outside. They showed up on time and didn't mind waiting a little while for me since I was running a bit late. The issue could have been expensive and complex, but they quickly diagnosed it as simple and cheap, made the repair and charged me a very fair price. They also provided some advice on how to prevent things from recurring, and mentioned some other items I should pay attention to with the system. Very professional, clean, and knew their business.

Best price by far I got at least 4 quotes including 1 system was priced as much as 2 from Artic Blast . Quality brands in a timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone looking for honest work for a fair price.

Our a/c unit stopped cooling Monday. After doing due diligence on repair companies website reviews, we chose Arctic Blast Heating & Air Conditioning. Above and beyond what anyone could expect. Contacted them this morning (Thursday) spoke with Clay. Set an appt. Saturday but he called back said running ahead of schedule and could squeeze me in same day (Thursday). Prompt arrival, sincere friendly greeting, uniformed employees (Clay&Bryan). They worked great as a team. So knowledgeable by every word they spoke. Bryan went straight to our HOT temperature acttic and showed us our worn dirty air filter. Next proceeded outside and detected Capacitor on unit was bad/blown. Had replacement parts on board their clean company vehicle. They also checked freon levels for correctness. Diagnosis and repairs done in less than 40 minutes. They could've charged us hundreds of $$$ and raked us over the coals. But they were gentlemen and honest. Outstanding company that we will definitely use again and recommend to everyone looking for quality a/c repair @ a fair price. They did not charge me for labor, only for the part and a small service call fee. Total paid was under $150. Drop your anxiety and relax...you've hit gold. Call them.
