The Arctic Blast crew did a great job, and they were quick.

It went well, diagnosis was good and thorough as well the guy took the time to educate me ALOT and gave me info that might further prevent more AC issues.

We had both of our A/C units replaced in June. One had gone out and the other was not far behind. Clay came out quickly and we were back up and running within two days. Great service. Good people to deal with.

Artic Blast was professional and showed up on time for appointments and the installation of two Lenox heat and air systems. They answered all my questions and offered additional information about the systems. They delivered outstanding service at a great value compared to other estimates I received. They performed their work and cleaned up after themselves too -WOW.

Clay came out the same day that I called, literally 3 or 4 hours after I called to set an appointment. He found the issues within 10 minutes. He showed me exactly what was happening and pointed out shoddy work from previous service. Clay corrected the issues within 45 minutes. I will call him again with any new issues and installation of the new units (both are 20 years old!).

Pretty straightforward event. Clay arrived a little early, but had texted me he was on his way about 30 minutes before. My AC was checked, no problems or concerns were identified. Clay was professional and personable, offered some explanation about my HVAC unit and answered questions. I felt the price was fair, especially with the coupon.

Clay is a good guy. He is Very straight forward. Lay out my options and recommend the upgrade to th elite series and gave me a good discounts. He personally ensured the installation followed code and the coil match up perfectly with the Furnance. His installation also include a high end 5-inch filter, which made the air felt so much better than before. The filter only needs to change once a year. The AC installation also included one kill switches at the coil level and the other kill switch at the pan level. Had there any overflow of condensation, the whole unit would be shut off to Prevent any water damage to the ceiling and the house. Clay knows what he is doing and he is a true professional.

We had seen an ad for Arctic Blast and called them to set up system maintenance for our A/C unit. Bryan came and took his time to thoroughly check all components of the AC system. He found two faulty parts and replaced them. I'm very satisfied with the work done and feel that we received the best service today that he took care of any current issues and also saved us from future problems. Another plus was that he had both parts that needed to be replaced on hand. So everything was taken care of right away.

These are the guys to call! Clay is a gem in the industry, an honest guy who isn't out to scam or swindle; furthermore, he knows what he's doing. Previous company I called tried to charge me $400 to replace a one foot section of pipe (they had different levels of gas leak panic charges, if I had a larger gas leak, it would have been even more), I told him to go home. Clay charged me $60 for the same job. Incredibly professional and consumer minded, these are the guys you're looking for. Don't hesitate to call them! Don't call these bigger companies, its just going to cost you bigger money.

Excellent! Clay and partner were professional, friendly and really communicated well. We had to have a new A/C and furnace put in. Clay came out on his day off, gave us a very reasonable estimate and had the work done the next day. Kept in constant communication with us and did the work himself. Would highly recommend.

After suffering through temperatures of 87-93 degrees inside my home, it was clear that my two central AC units were malfunctioning. I received quotes from five different HVAC companies before contacting Arctic Blast after 5 p.m. I left a message, not expecting to receive a call back until Saturday or perhaps Monday. Clay returned my call about 30 minutes later on Friday. He was very pleasant and his quote to recharge my units was the most reasonable that I received. Clay also informed that I could find coupons for Arctic Blast service online. Plus, the service could be done the next day. On Saturday afternoon, Bryon called to confirm my appointment. He checked my systems, set the refrigerant to the appropriate levels in both units, and advised me on how to keep my old systems running and the home cool. I look forward to leaving the downstairs sofa for my upstairs bedroom. The service from Arctic was affordable, courteous, and timely. Save yourself some time and call Clay first when you need HVAC service.

I called and receive an appointment the same day. I spoke with Clay and he assured me someone would be out to take care of my issue and it happened. I would recommend them to anyone that wants their unit done correctly the first time. I will definitely use them in the future.

Excellent. Clay arrived early and began working immediately. They did the installation with hardly any interruption to my morning schedule. After installing the new system, they cleaned up the area and took the time to answer a few questions. He even checked back in a couple days later to see how everything was working.

Clay was great. We were sold on a Lennox System and started our journey by having 4 companies quote a Lennox System. Clay listened to our requests and actually quoted a good, better, best Lennox system to give us the options in affordability. He also quoted Dual fuel as my husband inquired about that system. He was timely and friendly and responsive to my calls. He out served all of his competitors. Clay was very neat and organized and left my property in good order. I give him 5 stars for a job well done from the quote to installation.

Brian came out and found that a previous service Company installed the wrong blower motor voltage which caused my motor to burn out he replaced the part with the correct part on a very difficult system I would hire them again he knows his stuff

Fast and we'll! The guys showed up exactly on time,took 2 minutes for them to see and know if he issue and 30 min to fix everything.I was so relieved when I see how low the bill was.Icalled 8 places before I chose Artic Blast,so I hope this info saves everyone time knowing this is the only call the need to make.most places with big names and high dollar advertising charge $100.00+ for Freon or say that it's free. (Nothing is free in the world)
