Excellent, from the development of the quote, getting some answers to my questions, to the actual installation of equipment. The installer showed up on time, was courteous, did careful work, explained the system thoroughly, and made sure everything worked properly.

Brant was amazingly responsive and professional throughout the process, just a pure pleasure to work with. The system we needed was complicated, due to the layout of our house and a large family coming and going all the time. And to avoid large penalties from the City of Sandy Springs’ punitive ordinance on false alarms requires a system that’s very sophisticated. He helped walk us through every step and nuance of what we needed and was extremely accommodating when we needed to make changes during the system’s installation. We’re extremely pleased and have a great, affordable month to month monitoring contract with them also. Highly recommend- You can’t go wrong using these guys.
