Bobby and crew arrived on time and started work immediately. They worked tirelessly from 10 am – 4 pm. They work was excellent and they handled themselves professionally. They even cleaned up other peoples dust I would recommend them to anyone.

From the initial consult, fabrication, installation and the owners follow-up call this was one of the best home renovation experiences we have ever had. The entire process took about two weeks and was apart of a total kitchen renovation. From the initial sales consult, slab selection, template measurement and installation every step was documented and completely explained in advance. There were no surprises!

We had an excellent experience with the sales department, especially Chris, who gave us plenty of time and attention. The communication leading up to the service was prompt and thorough. The quality of the work was fine, but we did have to point out a couple of edges that needed further work which was then performed. The granite counters themselves look great, and we are very pleased with the product. BUT... We have been left with a bad taste in our mouth for several reasons though. First, when we returned to pick out our slabs, the non-sales staff was unfriendly and not very accommodating. We were forced to pay for all of the work upfront with no explanation. After the work was performed, there was never any follow-up from anyone to find out if we were pleased with the product and service. Finally, be VERY wary of using one of their recommended subcontractors! Our setup required a new kneewall to be built which went fine, but we then hired the same sub. to do a basic subway tile backsplash after the counters were installed. He rescheduled on us twice the night before each time. Once he arrived, he seemed to rush the work so he didn't get stuck in rush hour traffic on his way home. There was an issue with one area of the backsplash which he said he'd come back and redo if we decided that's what we wanted, but after several months and countless texts and phone calls, he won't return to fix it. Now, some of the grout appears to be cracking in places.

Installation of granite went well! Installers were very polite and cooperative. They did a fine job! Candy and the entire office made our experience in choosing our granite an enjoyable experience.

The installation went well. But I attempted to use a subcontractor they work with for some of the pre-installation preparation work and that didn't go so well. I highly recommend finding your own contractors if there's work you must have done before the installation.

Professionalism is the first word that comes to mind when I think of AA Granite. From our first visit with Candy to Zach who did the template layout to the installer and his assistant, everyone is not just friendly and nice, they all know exactly what they are doing and how to do it in such a way that I never had any doubts or worries about the outcome, which, by the way, is stunning! This is the first time that I or my wife have had any experience with granite countertops, so I was surprised at the number of steps involved in getting it right, and at each step, we were treated with respect despite our ignorance in the process. Each employee at AA Granite seems to me to be highly skilled at his or her individual job of sales and installation of a very fine product. They also seem top in the their field at the refined and sometimes difficult art of customer service and satisfaction. We had no problems at all with anything. We got great, friendly professional service and a product that is obviously very high quality.

Things went smoothly from the initial visit to the install. Candy worked patiently with me as I changed my mind multiple times on the actual granite I wanted. After I had "finalized" my selection, I changed my mind again because I saw a granite at another showroom that I really liked. However, I had already built a relationship with Candy and wanted to see what they could offer. There was a brand new slab delivered that she thought would work great with my cabinets and fit in my budget. She was right! Thereafter, working with EVERYONE else went smoothly and quickly. I had my template done within two days of my selection, layouts done the following day. I could have had the granite installed two days later, but my schedule would not allow it. So everything was installed the following week. I am extremely satisfied with the work ethic and workmanship performed and highly recommend them.

They were very professional in every aspect of the service. Every appointment made , the person coming out was very punctual, the sales people were so friendly, the installers were top notch. I would do business with them again.
