Description of Work: 1) We visited the AA shop to look at Granite and get an estimate 2) we finalized (w 1/2 payment) a contract 3) The AA staff did an on-site template (manually-no laser) 4) We signed off & paid the 2nd half after seeing the template....5 pieces of granite 5) The granite showed up on time but 1 piece fit but was very tight, a 2nd major piece was cut too long and had to be cut in the field, & a 1/4" chip came off at a seam on the 3-piece island. The installer made everything work...AA's top mgmt. visited to check things out. There was no additional warranty coverage or price reduction offered. I'm sure the overall job is going to be fine over time, but I'm going to hear about these issues for years from my wife!

+ 0 moreThey were great. The company is a hands on company. I think I met everyone who works there and was always treated very well. They had a great selection of granite. I picked out my slab and after my countertops were measured. I got to select how the pieces were to be put on the slab before cutting. The installers were wonderful. They needed to carry the HEAVY slab around the outside of my house on the hottest day of the year. The never complained. The final product is beautiful!! I loved working with this company.

+ 0 moreThis is THE place to go if you aren't doing a whole kitchen and needing lots of granite. Since I only needed about 15 sq feet, most places weren't willing to sell me part of a new slab and I would have had to find a leftover piece big enough. But AA Marble & Granite was wonderful. Paresh Shah spent quite a while with me, walking around through the various slabs showing me what he thought would work with my chosen cabinets, tile and paint colors. Once I made my choice, they held the slab for me until I was ready for them to come measure and make a template. After the template was made, I followed the guy back and they let me decide just how I wanted the template positioned on the granite before they cut it. Obviously, they couldn't let me cut it out of the middle of the slab but I had my choice of the top/bottom and left/right. Several days later, they came out to install my new countertop. I'm not sure but I might have paid slightly more per sq ft for what I bought but considering I got to choose among whole slabs and chose one of the more unique slabs, it was very worth it.
