AA Marble & Granite

A job well done from initially picking out some beautiful granite, going over my design to discussing how and why, when they made their templates, placing templates on slab chosen, exacting fabrication of stone and final placement on existing cabinets. AA Marble and Granite was chosen because they worked with me and did not dictate their way was the only way, which resulted in a previous commitment with another company being cancelled. Overall, these people are professional and they are a one source responsibility from beginning to end. Lastly their fabricators are craftsmen that treated "Nature's gift to us all" with due respect.

AA Marble and Granite was top notch; from our first contact point to final installation. All staff members were conscientious and meticulous. I love the granite and the great job AA Marble and Granite executed.

Overall I had a very good experience and will use them again in the future. The job was good and the price was appropriate. They have an excellent quality work. They usually comes at 0830 in the morning and do their job till 11pm after they had cleaned up everything. They are very professional and very punctual. First time, he said that he will come to my place along with a template by 900am. At around 0830am he was present here. When they came to put the things here, they said they will come at 0830 and actually they were here by that time. They came here and do their job and finally went after taking the payment.

They explained everything to us. The installers were on time and moved quickly and carefully. They answered my questions fully. They did an excellent job!

They were fabulous. They set up delivery for April 4th. They were there within an hour. My kitchen is gorgeous. I picked out the granite. I pretty much knew what i wanted. My girlfriend with me to pick up the slabs. I was able to tell them how I wanted them. The guys probably thought I was picky. If they thought that, I never felt it. They were very professional. They also cut a piece of granite for my island.

AA installed granite countertops in our kitchen and butler's pantry. They also installed our new cooktop and downdraft vent. Everything went smoothly from picking out the granite to the measurements to the install. It was a pleasure working with the whole team. Mike was patient with us as we changed our minds several times on the granite and edge. I was particularly concerned with our downdraft installation as it was tigh and I was concerned about the fit. It ended up looking better than I imagined.

The granite installation was an excellent and easy process! i would highly recommend this company.

Dipti was very helpful in finding us the right granite colors and we were very pleased with the result. In order to match the bathroom tile, they were able to find a remnant that would work for a small countertop at a fraction of the original price. The workmanship was fantastic. In the kitchen, they made sure that the flow of the granite matched along the length of the countertop, even on the backsplash, and the seams are virtually invisible. The crew who came to install it was extremely professional, polite and considerate, taking off their shoes when they realized we had new carpet in the house. Every step of the process was easy and the staff was incredibly friendly and warm. If I ever need granite countertops again, I will definitely use them again.

Everything went fine. The installation went well, and they are working for a resolution on the sink.

The entire experience was wonderful! Everyone we met and worked with at AA Marble & Granite was very professional. We first met with Dipti and she explained the entire process in detail. AA came to our house twice; once to measure and the second time for the actual installation. Each time they came to our house they were on time, which is a big deal with me. It shows true professionalism with AA's entire team. The entire process was easy, the price was within our budget and the countertops look great in our kitchen. I would recommend AA to everyone!!

The whole experience was excellent from choosing out the granite, the planning and finally the installation.

After researching various review sites, we selected AA Marble and Granite to install new granite counters in our kitchen. We went to their showroom on a Saturday (with no appointment) and were greeted by a sales representative (along with Paresh) to discuss our options. Their desire to make sure the customer gets exactly what they want was obvious, and we were never pressured to purchase any upgrades. After much consideration, and looking at dozens of granite slabs, we made our selection and set an appointment for a template to be made. The installer (I can't recall his name) arrived as scheduled to make the template and help us decide on a design issue that we were struggling with. After the template was placed on the slab, we went back to review the layout to make sure we were aware of exactly how our new tops would look. The installer returned approximately one week later to install the counters. The installation was quick and professional. After going over the care instructions, he produced a checklist for us to review and sign, and made sure we had no concerns before leaving. We were given a list of preferred contractors, and both the Plumber (Vince) and the tile installer (William) we selected from the list were prompt, courteous, and reasonable. The tile work was completed just this morning and the entire project exceeded our expectations. While we could have probably had this project done for a little less money, we feel we received great value given the quality and overall experience. We would definitely use AA Marble again, and would recommend them to our friends and family.

They explained everything to me about the differences between the granite and marble. They came out and showed me exactly what they would be doing. They were on time and very professional.
