What an unbelievably great experience it has been in doing buisness with AA Marble & Granite! From the initial visit to the showroom, through the "template" & "layout" meetings, to the installation, the process has been well defined, educational, and performed in the most competent manner. It all starts with your first visit to the showroom/materials yard (quite impressive I might add). Your consultant will take a personal interest in the project you are undertaking and will guide you in selecting the material that meets your objectives, both color/style and cost. (Thank you Susan!!) This personal interest carries over to the rest of the team members involved in delivering to you the finished product. They are passionate about your satisfaction and the quality of both their product and their work. I've dealt with contractors and vendors over the past 30-years in my career as a commercial real estate manager and I can truthfully say without hesitation that AA Marble & Granite is the most professional and organized company that I have ever dealt with.

We chose AA Marble and Granite from 5 companies we had received estimates from and we are very happy with our decison. The installation went great and the quality of the granite is top notch. We called a couple of days after the installation about a dull spot on the edge of one of the granite pieces and the next day a crew was there to polish it. Our countertops look great. Paresh and his entire staff are very attentive and explain every detail of the process. We highly recommend.

Installers arrived within time frame. They got right to work. The job was done in about 4 hours. They explained proper care instructions before they left. My kitchen looks beautiful and I am very pleased.

Very well. They were professional, on time, on budget and the install was good quality. I strongly suggest you take advantage of picking out the granite yourself ( they suggest) and seeing the pattern of your counters on that marble before they cut. I made some changes and was glad I did. I am a novice at this and I was a bit intimidated at first but these guys can be trusted and they can give you suggestions of other craftsmen with whom they have worked who can help w your projects...like plumbers and electricians. Don't bother buying the drain w the sink...I did and it didn't fit w the garbage disposal I bought and I don't think I could return it.

Installers arrived on time. They worked hard, did a good job on the install. One tiny hole around the cook top had to be repaired - it was repaired perfectly.

I decided to replace my existing kitchen countertops with granite, so I reviewed and called several companies from Angie's List. I spoke with Paresh from AA Marble and Granite, and he was very helpful during that initial contact. He spent over 30 minutes answering my questions and giving me information over the phone, and then sent additional information via email. When I went to look at the products and get an estimate, Paresh and Susan, who walked with me to see the slabs and has a great eye for color and matching, were just as helpful in person. They have a beautiful and large selection of granite, and I went several times to look at the slabs and ask questions before making a decision, and they couldn't have been more patient. I never felt rushed (even outside in freezing weather!) or pressured. The same is true when I went to view the template; the staff was patient and responsive to my requests to make sure I was completely satisfied. Everyone through the whole process was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The guy who came to create the template and those who came for installation were punctual and worked diligently, both finishing quicker than anticipated. The installation went well and they cleaned up afterwards. My countertops are beautiful! I am very pleased with the price (very competititve I found) and the workmanship. You may find that in other companies as well, but I cannot imagine you would find one with better customer service than AA Marble and Granite. It is EXCEPTIONAL, and when Paresh says he wants you to be completely satisfied, in my experience, he honestly does whatever it takes to make it happen. I am a very particular person, but I have nothing negative to say of my experience with this company or any of the people. I would confidently and highly recommend them to anyone. Oh, and if they recommend Mario for any work you may need for plumbing, prep, etc....use him! He is very nice, punctual, knowledgeable, and he does great work!

From the first phone call, to the finished project, AA Marble and Granite did a fantastic job. Mike was my go-to guy there, and made sure that everything went seamlessly. AA has a wide selection of gorgeous stone, from basic to exotic, so it is easy to find the perfect fit for your needs. After choosing my granite, they came to my home to create the template, and once again, I couldn't have been happier with the service. The man who came to measure was professional, polite and on time. A few days later a crew came out to install my fabulous new Kitchen counters and under-mounted sink. They did a great job, and cleaned up beautifully after themselves. I would highly recommend AA Marble and Granite to anyone looking to add granite counter tops to their home.

Mike and the team at AA Marble worked closely with my mom, husband and myself and our contractor to pick out the marble & get it cut to our specs and installed on time.

Overall very well! Informative, patient in selection process. Worked in accommodating my request for expediting delivery and installation. Installation had hiccup in the mirror loosened from wall during process. Had to get it fixed and reattached by handyman. Granite piece is beautiful!

Susan, the sales representative, helped me find countertop to match my 2 cabinet door colors, flooring, and back splash. Jay and other people in office, warehouse, and installers were all wonderful. I highly recommend this company.

Their customer service is very good. They had a wide selection to choose from. Everything worked well, when they came out to do the templates everything went smoothly. They are very professional and the job looks great.

I looked for a specific color and matrix of marble and found it at AA Marble. Mike Harrison coordinated the sale and even a change of stone color mid way in the project. Installation was quick, professional, and the work area was left absolutely clean and polished. We are very pleased and would use this company again.

The entire process with AA Marble & Granite was excellent. They kept me informed through the entire process.I went to quite a few granite places but based upon the reviews on Angieslist I chose AA Marble & Granite LLC. I found the quality and selection of their to be better than other establishments. From the sale to the installation they were very proactive. They keep you in the loop during the entire process. The installers came on time and were almost obsessive making sure they did not leave any glue or refuse. I have never done this before but if I ever had to I would not go anywhere else. I am very happy with the work they performed

I was pleased from the beginning to the end with this company! The sales person was very helpful (Susan),& took me around to all the granite slabs outside to try and match the tile flooring in my kitchen. She was not pushy and stayed within my budget . When I was making my decision a couple of weeks later, she once again showed me everything she had in my price range. There was no negotiating on the price, and it was not the cheapest price in my quotes. What sold me on AA Marble & Granite was the complete package. They consulted me on the template and the placement of the template on my slab of granite.They removed the old countertop, leveled the cabinets( which some quotes did not and would not include), and installed the granite all on the same day. They caulked the countertops as needed. I only needed to have a plumber install the faucet and reconnect the disposal. The crew that did the install of the granite was professional and answered any questions that I had. I'd recommend this company to others.

AA Marble is initially impressive.the actual countertop installation was professional (by a sub).everything is sub coontracted and its the homeowners responsibility to pick from a list with AA's recommendation.outside of the actual install, the sub i wound up woth for the slight remodeling was terrible.we took off two feet of counter. matching, and especially sanding could have been done better by a youngster.the same sub hooked up the sink and left no tilt for the water to run out. i had to get someone else to do it right at my own expense i just wanted the sub out of the house and get the ordeal .as the old backsplash was removed, corner hanginging cabinets were split and ignored.the "free sink" was installed permanently stained.the sealing spray provided was sub par.not a good experience.

The entire process from the start (contacting them and speaking with Mr. Mike) to picking out granite till template being done and the installation was all A+++. We couldn't be happier!
