the sales crew was very knowledgable and helpful..they helped with the colors and layout...they came out for correct measurements which were less than we had estimated..this resulted in small refund,which was great..chris and jay were great with sales and scheduling..the installers were very professional,punctual and cleaned the area after completion...we are very pleased with our new countertops

AA Marble & Granite provided the best experience during initial consultation which is the primary reason we chose them. Other fabricators and installers undercut their price, but seemed content to let us wander in coordinating other contractors for other work that needed to be done. AA's relationship with other vendors and service providers probably ended up saving us money on the bottom line even though their granite prices were not the cheapest. They recommended a plumber to reconnect the sink after installation who charged half of what most others were charging. They also provided input on tile setters and handymen to take care of the backsplash and trim. They also assisted us in finding the right undermount sink and leveraged their relationship with a supplier to help us receive a healthy discount. Every time I had an issue or question, everyone at AA Granite would promptly responded to my emails with excellent guidance and details. Every single person I communicated with at AA Granite was patient, helpful, attentive, and courteous. Customer service is clearly their highest priority. The only minor issue I experienced was with punctuality. They had specified an afternoon window at which they would arrive, and missed it by 15 minutes due to the prior job taking longer than expected. It was a minor delay and didn't bother me since I work at home. They were also sure to call to provide me the current status. I was not displeased by the delay at all since they seemed focused on making sure work was performed right rather than fast. I only mention the delay in case others do not have the same schedule flexibility that I do. When they arrived, the installers worked quickly and efficiently. Within 20 minutes of arrival, they had already removed the old granite tops and were test fitting the new granite that had been cut at the shop. The finished product is absolutely beautiful in terms of both materials quality and craftsmanship. I have two bathrooms to renovate in the next two years, and I will be keeping AA Marble & Granite at the top of my list.

All aspects of the sale and installation were very professional. All aspects of the process exceeded my expectations.

Installation crew arrived as scheduled, old counter top was removed and new counter top installed. Surrounding surfaces were protected and performed clean up. Excellent workmanship and the counter top is beautiful.

They provided the BEST customer service that I have experienced in a long time. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and happy with each step of the process. We had a slight issue with the tile contractor and Paresh,the CEO, called the contractor and found me another tile contractor. It was not his responsibility but went out of his way to make me happy. We use them again next year when we remodel our bathrooms. Have already recommended them!

OMG ... These people are top notch. No joke, they were absolutly fantastic. Customer service was impecible!!! their people know their product and, were on top of everything. We made a granite purchase with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone. All they wanted to do was take care of us and make sure we were happy. Fantastic and knowlegeable crew of people. Excellent installation and very professional office staff.

I got money back. They have great customer service. They are very customer friendly in terms of display. A lot of times when you go to a granite company you just go into a warehouse and you look at a lot of granite slabs that are kind of hard to view because they are too heavy to move and what have you. When you go into this particular warehouse they have displays actually sinks cut out, their displays was a lot nicer for people that don't have vision you can really see how the corners look and how their workmanship was and that kind of thing. I was very impressed with that. I am in business for myself so I have a very high expectation for customer service. It's almost unreasonable expectation in regards to customer service. When I was referred to these people and they invited me to come to their showroom of course of all the granite companies I went to several different ones, but when I went to this one their biggest concern was what was important to me. What's important to some people are not important to others. Some people shop price and some people just want what they want and these people have enough experience with customer service that they understand you have to first find out what a person wants before you can sell them something. So they had a very experienced sales person who was able to, without being pushy, being in sales myself the last thing I would want is pushy because I make up my own mind. He took a person who is very strong minded, that would be me, and he was able to get me to pay attention to the details of his knowledge. He was very knowledgeable. The reason that I selected them was because of the care that they took with the customer. I just felt like if they took that kind of care with their office detail, they were going to provide me with the workmanship that I wanted. And if they didn't, they cared enough about the customer service and results and future business, they cared enough to do it on the front end. I'm impressed with that. There are cheaper places, but I'm not sure that you would get what they are going to give you.

This company provided the best service and product, hands down. The constant communication with me regarding the dates of template and installation was extremely impressive. I will use them again and again for any marble and granite work I have in my house. Very professional and extremely helpful. This company has a lot of knowledge in dealing with customers. Throughout the weeks to come, I was informed on what was going to take place and when it was scheduled. The template guy was so professional and did a excellent job. He took the time to clean up everything before he left. The installation went so smoothly, I did not even know the time passing. The installers have been doing this for some time as you can tell in the way they installed the granite. When they left, as always, every area was cleaned. They did such an excellent job at installing, I could not see the marks between the granite slabs. Excellent work and great company.

The installation process was fine. The issue is the fact that the granite was cut incorrectly and one piece of the granite on the island had a flaw in it. They couldn't find the exact granite I had, and now I have two different colored granite countertops. It is very clear that it is two different pieces. He didn't charge me for the piece of granite on the island, but it still doesn't match.

Every aspect of the process was wonderful. We met with Jay at AA Marble to select the slabs of granite that we wanted for our kitchen remodel. Having never shopped for granite, we were amazed with so many wonderful choices of slabs of granite on display. We went there with one idea in mind, but ended up with a completely different design and color. Absolutely beautiful. Then Jay worked with our busy and limited schedules (we're both teachers) to plan for the visit to our home for creating the template, approving the placement of the template on the slabs (needed 2 slabs), and ultimate installation of the countertops. Every step was on schedule, carried out with utmost professionalism and workmanship. Care was taken to placing the template prior to cutting so that the obvious grain of the granite would be exactly the same with all three large pieces across the entire kitchen. Installation of the granite was performed on time by very well-skilled installers. Prior to installation, we were told that one piece might have to be cut to allow for a tight fit and cutout near a doorway. But the installers did their magic so that no cut was needed. We are more than satisfied with the beautiful results and AA Marble surpassed our dreams of what we expect from service professionals. We will definitely contact AA Marble for any future needs for granite or marble when we plan for the remodel of our master bath.

Mike was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process; they had an amazing selection of granite to choose from, and they worked with us every step of the way. They were very accommodating of our very tight timeframe, and did a fantastic job with the installation. They pulled our old countertops out, put the new ones in, and left the job site clean and ready for the rest of the team to finish. They even helped us resolve an issue we ran into with another (appliance) vendor, which we really appreciated. We have several more projects coming up, mostly bathroom remodels that will require marble/granite and will definitely be using AA again.

After checking out several suppliers in the Atlanta area I decided on AA Marble and Granite due to other Angie List recomendations. Once I visited them it was a clear decision as the time they took with me to work on getting the right look as well as the attention to detail throughout the process was well appreciated. They not only listened to what I wanted but also teered me in the correct dicrection to make what I wanted a reality but also gave me options I did not know existed. I will say that thir inventory is extensive and I saw options at AA one of which I selected I did not see anywhere else. The attention to detail continuied throughout the template process as well as the install include thier recomended plumber. The template and install went very smoothly there were no issues and any concerns with seams on an exotic disappeared as the shop and installers made the match and seams disappear. AA is unlike others in the business an all in one stop and I woudl recomend them highly.

AA Marble & Granite was amazing from initial meeting, to planning it out, to measuring, to installation. Perfect in every way. Could not be happier.

We recently updated several things in our kitchen, including the counter tops. While chatting with my co-worker about granite he said he bought his counter tops through A&A. So based on all of the Angie's List reviews and my co-workers recommendation we decided to check them out. After our initial meeting we decided to decided to go with A&A since they had good reviews a piece of granite we really liked. Everything from the initial consult to the templating to the install went smoothly and our counter tops look awesome! The only thing I wasn't happy with was scheduling. I set up an 11:30AM meeting to come in and sign paperwork, and told them on the phone I had to get in and out quickly because I was doing this over my 1 hour lunch break. When I got there at 11:30AM they made me wait 30 minutes before I was able to see someone. What's the point of an appointment time if you don't keep them? This is a minor nit though, since everything else went flawlessly.
