They were on time, efficient, careful not to leave a mess. The work was done as promised and the result is a beautiful counter top. We will use them again when we replace the counter top in our kitchen.

I was not happy with this company. The template person came home, made his measurements and then had me sign a number of papers. I wanted a copy of these papers and the measurements, he said he was not allowed to provide those to me. He said I needed to wait until the day I was scheduled to go back to the store to approve the template. I ended up taking a picture of the measurement sheet I signed, made the math and found ~7 square feet extra in the overall calculations. When I went to the store, I raised my concern mainly since my initial understanding was that they only charged for the sq foot you get. The owner told me to leave and that if I was not going to be a "happy customer" they didn't want to do business with me. I was very upset about the treatment I was getting, I simply wanted to know where was the discrepancy and why our numbers didn't match. My business with them was during the holiday season and thus, I decided to get it done. I ended up paying the extra 7sq ft even though I knew it was not part of the counter top I was going to get. After a long discussion, I was told that since the sink was at an angle the extra square feet could be coming from the angle cut. I would have been fine with this explanation but it was never discussed clearly, I had to come to this conclusion. I suggested the owner that he needed to be a bit more clear about these things with his customers. I verbally requested the "extra piece" to be sent to me when they delivered the countertop. Since the extra piece was NOT delivered the day of the installation, I requested the "extra piece" on the form I had to sign, I later got an email saying "We did not know that you also wanted a few of the leftover scraps" that I could stop by the store "so we can gather the few more scraps for you to pick up from here". I leave 2.5 hrs away and thus, I won't be coming to the store. A professional company would have been more clear and also provided the "unhappy customer" with what he/she had been charged for. All I can say is that Chris was very nice and very professional, the template guy was not flexible nor did I think he handle my request professionally, the owner was "very" rude. The goal of my review was to alert the customer of the flaws I experience throughout the process. 1) Once the template is done, measurements are not provided to the customer. A copy of these more "accurate measurements" values should be provided to the customer, especially as the person making the actual measurements will ask you to sign a paper with these values. 2) I was denied these measurements even though I asked for them. I find this wrong, as I should have the right to run the numbers myself, at my own timing, if I wished to. I just wanted to have the numbers before I went to the store to approve the template. 3) In summary, I was unhappy when I was denied the measurements and then was rudely treated when I actually questioned this issue. All I can say is, get the measurements and run the math.

They were awesome from the very beginning. No hard pressure sales involved. Lots of samples at different prices. What I thoroughly appreciated was the fact that they had a list of vendors to help me with the back splash as well as the plumbing portion (new sinki) Everyone coordinated beautifully! That is amazing when you are talking about three different tradesmen!!! Wish I could afford to redo all my bathrooms - when I win the lottery I'll go back to them!!

I contacted several different companies to get ballpark estimates. AA Marble was the most transparent in their pricing. The team was professional and helpful during every phase. Everyone was on time for their appointment and willing to answer all my questions. The installation went smoothly. They were able to address a slightly curved wall through the trimming of the backsplash seam. The prior installation had inserted a wedge of wood. The installation team addressed the issue beautifully...no complaints on my part. The only call out I would give is the installation overview says to wait a day for the plumbing installation but did not give a reason why. I assumed it was a scheduling issue so I booked their 3rd party recommendation of a handyman to do both the cabinet leveling and plumbing. The reason you need to wait is to let the caulking set. I recommend having a plumber to do the installation of the faucet & disposal. There seems to be an issue with the faucet. I am working with the manufacturer and the handyman's subcontractors to get it resolved. A plumber would have understood the issue more readily.

AA has a very streamlined process for buying counter tops. We went to their showroom and picked out what granite slab we wanted. AA sends out a guy to measure and lay out a template. He was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions in areas where it was not straight forward on what we needed to do. Once this is done, all you have to do is make another trip down to the showroom to look at the templates laid out on the slab you picked. The AA team had already laid the template out in a way that presented the best possible presentation of the granite in our kitchen. The installation team was very professional and did a great job on the installation. Overall, it was a very pleasurable experience. In addition, AA offers a sheet of paper that has very reasonable and quality subcontractors for non counter top activities that you may encounter (plumber, handyman, etc.)

This experience was great. Can't say enough good about it. Restored my faith in home renovation companies.

Excellent service and craftsmanship from the first phone call to installation. Every encounter, every person, each experience was excellent.

The garnite installation went exceptionally well, but there were issues with the disconnecting of the plumbing prior to the installation of the granite and sink, and even though the plumbing was done from a referral person tradesmen who was listed on their material, we were informed however that they were not responsible for any of their work, but as a designer for thirty years I personally know that I do not put anybody on my tradesmen list that may have cast a negative influence on my business. As for the plumbing, the person who we had contracted through thier list did not show up due to a family emergency, but also failed to contact us and inform us of this incident, instead I receive a call from a person I never heard of on the day that the plumbing was to be disconnected and said he was there to due the work, so needless to say as a professional buisness person I found this extremely unprofesionally and I felt that this was a negative for AA Granite and Marble, regardless if they were responsible for the tradesmen on their list or not! The orginally person was to return the day after the granite and sink was installed to reconnect the plumbing, but I opt to cancel and called Majestic Plumbing who had done all of the previous plumbing in our home to re-install the plumbing having to wait two extra days to have our plumbing re-installed, but which we felt was worth the wait! In my honest opinion as a pr0fessional who has owned my owned design firm for 30 years I would suggest that AA Marble and Granite refrain from recommending any tradesmen that they are not 100% sure of, because in the end its a reflection upon them, regardless if they state they do not except responsiblity for these tradesmen work or not. In addition we have yet to be contacted AA Granite & Marble to see if we were happy with the installation, even after we had contacted them to inform that we were not satisfied with the tradesmen who did the plumbing. Several months ago my wife decided she had had enough of a plywood counter top. We began a fairly thorough search for granite countertops. We visited more then a half dozen shops and started to learn the ins and outs of purchasing granite counter tops. A and A was not our first stop nor was it our last, but after much deliberation they were our final choice. We chose A and A for several reasons. Chris the salesmen was very thorough in explaining our options and different choices, including the edging, type of granite, sink choices etc.. We also relied on the reviews in Angies List which gave us confidence that we were dealing with a reliable company. The most important thing I can convey to other customers is that whatever your choice of granite, name means very little or nothing. You have to put your hands on a real slab to make any kind of discission. We looked at all kinds of granite with all kinds of names, but it wasn't untill we went into the yards of these different shops that we learned to ignore the names. When we went to A and A and visited their yard we immediately decided on a particualar slab. It was a clear and immediate discission for the both of us. After we chose the slab the whole rest of the process went very well. I wish I could recall the name of the guy who did the "template"., a wood version of the counter that determines how the slab is cut, but he was great and very professional. The instillation crew lead by Felipe were also very professional and did a great job of installing the countertop and explainning all aspects of the process. All in all what could have been a very painful process went very well and both my wife and I are extremly happy.

Beware! Like other reviewers, the counter tops look great. The Template guy and the install crew were punctual and worked quickly. I was not here for the install, my wife was. They moved the fridge 4 feet sideways and back again when they were done. Doing so tore the linoleum in 5 places. My wife noted it on the paperwork and paid them in full. Not holding back any money for the damages, thinking it could be settled later. After all, they have insurance, right? She was wrong. I had sent a few emails in reference to the damage. The only reply was to "call Chris". My guess is AA does not want a paper trail. I was finally able to call Chris today, and his attitude was adversarial right away. He stated that " it had to be moved because you did not want a seam between the sink and fridge!" One is there. They did a good job on it and I don't really care. He said the damage was our fault! Said I was told by the template guy to have the fridge removed for the install.....did not happen. He said they told my wife the stove and fridge must be removed during the "slab layout". She said that is not true also. I told Chris that I was not told that and that I was not at the slab layout.He said "The installers even said something when they where there!" I said " I was working and not at the install. My wife was home." Here is Chris' big aha moment...."And thats the problem!" They came into the house, caused some damage, hey, that happens. That's why companies have insurance. Not supposed to have your workers move things during their visit? Then they shouldn't. and if something happens, take care of it. Calling my wife a liar before you hung up on me was the last straw. He had me mad enough to drop the F-bomb over the phone' How are you going to fix this AA Marble? UPDATE... Owner Paresh Shah requested dollar amounts to repair or replace the flooring. The floor was not able to be repaired and replacement costs were $1775.00 Paresh sent a check to cover part of the replacement...$775.00 I agreed this would settle my floor damage claim.

They did a great job. They were very professional. They did a really good job following up. They charged what they said they would charge. It went very smoothly. They did some caulking that I think they could have done better. They were going to come back out and do it, but I ended up doing it myself.
