The individual worked with me to keep within my price range, allowing me to customize the carpet cleaning to areas of heavy foot and pet traffic, rather than hold me to a firm room-by-room count. This allowed me to stretch dollars spent for maximum benefit, and would not have been possible with a big name company. He was very professional and courteous, and worked tirelessly to clean tile that had not been cleaned or sealed in several years. While he was not able to restore the kitchen tile grout to the original color (not his fault), I could still see an improvement. He also volunteered that the grout could be painted and followed up later with a quote. Lastly, he scheduled his visit on short notice, which was much appreciated.
