Very disappointing. Not sure whose fault it was exactly - Georgia Audio & TV or Jones Contracting, but price charged ended up being 4 times more than was quoted. Work was incomplete. He didn't have the equipment he needed to finish the job, came back two days later, but still didn't didn't finish the work. Wires exposed, even though I wanted them hidden, but he did suggest a place where I could get wire covers. The problem? I work 12 hours per day 1.5 hours from our home and my husband is handicapped, hence why I hire out these services and don't do them myself. The gentleman was very polite and to some degree, caught in a hard place. Was ok with his work until I realized that he did not hook up center speaker and did not transport one speaker. He made his own judgement call on not hooking up the center speaker, but never asked me about it. When I called to get him back out to hook up the speaker, he stated that he would call back after his next appointment, but did not. It has been 3 days and I have not heard from him, yet the check I wrote was deposited. Very disappointed in him personally. I thought his integrity level was higher than the owner of Georgia TV & Audio. Now I am not certain.
