Description of Work: Installation of privacy fence | |Incorrect installation on concrete pad-- | |Used scrap wood from our yard to make a corner where new fence connected to existing fencing. Looked terrible. | |Ripped branches from trees where they were in the way--left all of it laying around. Left cement chunks from old fence posts. | |It took over 6 months to get the company to address these matters. Called them many times, promised action and did not show many times. Had to threaten small claims court and report to BBB before issue was finally resolved. | |Crew was hard to communicate with because of language barrier. | |I have photos of the poor quality of work if you would like to see them. Very disappointing and frustrAting experience. | | not fixed until April after numerous calls | |
