Beware!!! Can I give negative 5 stars? This company is BS! Plumbing company referred them, they show up despite me saying I will call them the next day. This was my first flood/restoration experience, and the tenant reported they set up the equipment that night, the day before I signed the authorization, despite me saying we will discuss me hiring them the following day. I felt very pressured to make a decision THAT NIGHT! According to my insurance and the company that provided a second opinion, they used more equipment than they needed, causing the drying process to take longer than it should. They charged something like $9k more than my insurance and the second opinion quote was for, which are based on industry standards. My tenant complained that one of their blowers was blowing directly at a water heater that was performing perfectly before they entered the home, and they refuse to even acknowledge that they possibly broke the water heater which cost me an additional $1300 out-of-pocket. Then these asshats filed a LIEN against my property! According to their collections guy, it was a lien to foreclose for what my insurance wouldn’t pay. We got other estimates for the sole purpose of showing warrior restoration that they were overcharging, and my insurance company even paid them the difference based on the second opinions; all of these were based on industry standards which is what their contract promises to abide by. When I complained to BBB, they responded with utter lies! They claimed it was a category three loss when anybody can google search and see that a toilet supply line leak is a category one. It is totally my opinion that their tactics are criminal, and this company should not be in business! All of their good reviews were over two years old until their lawyer sent me a cease and desist and magically, there is a positive review that is only eight days old. What a coincidence! Oh, yeah, they got a lawyer, to threaten to sue me for libel and slander, despite the fact that everything I am saying about them is true or stated as an opinion. Libel me this asshats!

Xmas freeze burst several pipes in our newly renovated rental and Warrior Restoration's Joey Dudley responded immediately and saved the day! We would've been lost without their knowledge and expertise ESP dealing with insurance. Do yourself a huge favor, do NOT attempt to do this on your own!! Thank you Joey and Warrior Restoration for all your help!!

Warrior was quick to respond and did a fantastic job During my recent water loss. They removed the damaged material in the upstairs bathroom and managed to save the ceiling below in my living room. They were very clean and professional. They saved me from having to file an insurance claim. I would highly recommend this company.

They were quick to come and within a few hours, the house looked like a battlefield !!!!!! I may understand that they had to remove the linoleum flooring in the bathroom (strangely enough, they did not remove the bath/shower combo to check if there were any damages under..... maybe that it was too heavy), but they litteraly torn out doors from their hinges and even torn out door frames ! When I asked them to explain me why they did so many damages, they told me that I just had to place a claim at my insurance. I thought that when they would have asked THEIR insurance company to pay for THEIR damages !!!!!! I had the feeling that working for an insurance company is a good excuse to charge a lot ! I was so angry, that I informed my insurance company that I did not want them to do the reconstruction work !

Warrior staff was courteous but many issues arose due to using sub-contractors. Many tasks had to be completely redone due to extremely poor quality of work. Warrior did try extremely hard to make it right but the overall experience was not good at all. Process did not go at all like it was explained when we signed the contract.

Terrible, it took them 5 months to redo a small kitchen. Had no clue how to properly stain cabinets. Just one excuse after another.

The work went very smoothly. Communication was excellent! The job is not finished, but so far it looks fabulous and they are doing a great job.

They came in, they were super professional, and they took care of business. The price was fair. I did some research about what they are doing, and they are doing one of the best jobs.
