The mold man did not complete the work he was supposed to. The scope of work required him to do four things. One of the four was done on time, prior to our closing date. We had to delay our closing, delay our move in, and delay other contractor work because of this. He sent one person out the next day to do the work. I know the employee scrubbed the surfaces but the mold man claims that removing drywall with mold in it was optional. The scope of work nor his description of the job to myself, my real estate agent, and the sellers real estate agent state or imply this was optional. Mold in the drywall was the only reason I agreed to the job in the first place. Now the mold man will not provide any post work mold test to prove that drywall removal was not needed. He also will not respond to any of my communications about possible resolutions. The mold man lied, he changed his story multiple times, and he refuses to make it right.
Description of Work: His scope of work states that an ozone treatment will be done, the attic will be spray treated from top to bottom, drywall would be removed in one room, and the surfaces of the house would be scrubbed. I know the ozone was done. The surface scrubbing occurred after we delayed our closing. The employee that came to do this work said that day was the first time he had seen the scope of work and he was the one who did the ozone treatment. I have no idea if the attic was sprayed. The drywall was not touched and the mold man claims it was optional. The SOW never states nor implies it was optional nor will the Mold Man provide any type of proof that the mold was properly remediated.

He was very nice, very professional, punctual, on time, he gave me some insight within the building and I would give him a 10 and he was very informative and very knowledgeable.

It went very well. He was knowledgeable, and offered discounts to military, teachers, and elders.

Mold Man was awesome! He was thorough and reasonably priced for the work we needed done. He was quick to mention solutions and also options!
