Swift Painters

This is frustrating, because our initial experience in February 2019 with Swift was fantastic. Heather was always attentive, helpful, and responsive. When we did the final walkaround, she quickly made sure things were corrected. Within less than a year's time, the vinyl siding portion of our sunroom started to buckle because of the heat, even though the paint was guaranteed to prevent this from happening. Swift and Heather quickly worked with SW to find matching siding and came out to repaint the damaged section after being repaired. Unfortunately, this is where things started to fall apart. Once the repainting of the new vinyl siding and some touchups on other portions of the sunroom where the paint started to flake/bubble were completed, Heather pointed out that it was NOT the same color as what was already on the house. Because we had leftover paint from when the work was originally completed, we were able to compare the two side-by-side to verify this together. Then it became a waiting game while they tried to get things straightened out with SW regarding why the paint didn't match. While we were waiting, the NEW siding started to buckle as well, so on Valentine’s Day 2020, I called Heather and left a VM, but there was no response. I sent pictures to her email, and received an auto response indicating the email address was no longer valid. Red flag. OK, I had spoken with the owner previously and still had his email address, so I reached out to him both via email (with pictures) and via telephone, and again no response. It was right about this time that COVID hit and the world stopped, and I was afraid something might have happened to the folks at Swift and their business was a casualty of the pandemic; their Facebook page didn't show any updates, and calls to the number on their site went straight to voicemail. A few months later, I figured I'd check their FB page again on a lark and, lo and behold, it looked like they were back in business! I figured there was a hiccup in their operations b/c of the pandemic but that things were getting back to normal for them. I was glad because a) I didn't want to see their business suffer, and b) I thought we could get things resolved. So, being hopeful, I called again on July 10, and even though it went straight to voicemail, I left another message and waited patiently. and waited... and waited… And because other emergencies occurred in the meantime, on November 15th I called and left another message… and waited.... and waited.... And on December 14th I called and left another message… and waited.... and waited.... (you see where this is going) So as of today, February 5, 2021, we still have warped siding on one side of our sunroom and mismatched paint on multiple areas of the house, and a completely non-responsive contractor. Based on the earlier positive experience, I had given them the benefit of the doubt and truly was not worried, but after trying for months to get a response, I'm afraid to say I was mistaken.

Tom and Regina with Swift Painters were excellent. They gave me a quote in writing in a timely manner. They were open to my paint brand/sheen desire and made accommodations to use the product I preferred. Their crew was excellent, professional, on time and thorough. They cleaned up every time they were working. They used safety practicing while on high ladders. Tom and Regina checked on the crew during the project. They followed up and did a final walk through. I will recommend them to others in my business of real estate as well as friends and neighbors. Thank you Swift Painters for a great job...

crew showed up 2 hours late! Sloppy work , very rushed job. Paint on wood and trim, carpeting and floors. Paint on our brick fireplace! They quit the job before finishing. The crew moved bedroom furniture with out owners permission! Missed spots everywhere! They refused to come back and finish their contracted job! We have to hire another company to finish what they started after being paid in full! What a bunch of crap. Very unprofessional. They broke our contract because they decided they didn't want to finish!

They were very competitive but more importantly they were professional and their work crew was highly skilled and thorough. I have had a lot of work done over the years and have never had a better experience. I would strongly recommend Swift Painters for any upcoming project.

Amazing, fast, neat, when you see their name hire them. Nice honest people Did everything they said and more. These days hard to find an honest company. My house looks great. Tom and Regina are running a great company. Interior paint in my house looks wonderful.

It went well. They completed the job in about 4 days and I was well pleased with it. The only thing that I didn’t like was that they left a big pile of trash beside the rode. Robbie asked me if it would be alright and I said yes but at that time I didn’t know that it wouldn’t be picked up by our garbage people If I had known I would have had them to haul it off. This is not there fault since I agreed to it.

They did an amazing job. The were on time both days. They were very mindful of our home and the fact my wife and I were working from home during their working time. They went over and above to get the job done right and on time. I would definitely use Swift Painters again.

Fantastic - from beginning to end, Tom and Regina were kind, professional, knowledgeable and communicated with us throughout the process. They explained the options available and all the costs so there were no surprises. The actual labor and finished product is beautiful. We've had two other homes painted in the past with other painters and had less than satisfactory results - but Swift painters did an absolutely great job. I don't normally take the time to go online to give reviews, but we are so pleased, I do want others to know that they did a fantastic job. The house looks beautiful and we are so thankful for their work and attention to every detail - everything looks brand new again!

I had a very good experience. Tom came out to give an estimate and was good at listening to me and taking down details for work I wanted done.Everything was explained to me upfront. The workers were pleasant gentleman and hard workers.

Swift painters were so professional. Helped with paint choice, cleaned up after each room and had the entire home painted in less than 3 days.

We are pleased with the work performed. One of the owners, Regina, stopped by every day, sometimes twice, to check on the progress. The painters, Jeff and Jessica, were always pleasant and completely focused on our satisfaction. The paint lines are straight and the trimwork is excellent. The job took longer than was planned but was completely worth the extra time for the quality of work performed. At completion of the job, both owners, Tom and Regina, came by to ensure our satisfaction.

I am so happy we chose Swift painters to paint our new home. After reaching out to several contractors and scheduling a handful of estimates, we found Heather to be the most responsive, kind, professional, and thorough, so she was the easy choice. Her crew worked diligently to meet our deadline, and we are so pleased with the end result. We asked for two difficult dark colors to make two our rooms really stand out, and Hugo spent as much time as it took to ensure full coverage. Heather kept in touch to check for clarity on our requests and kept her cool when we had a few changes. I appreciated the care she demonstrated, both personally and professionally. Because our basement is phase two of our home facelift, we will call her again when we are ready.

This is the second job that Swift Painters has done for us. The exterior was done a few years ago and still has it's shine and curb appeal. The current project was a whole house interior including replacing popcorn ceilings. We are very pleased with the outcome. Tom Fletcher (the owner) stands behind his work, His crew is respectful and focused on customer satisfaction.

Called them on 6/19/19 - talked to someone - Heather was suppose to called in 1-2 days- No one called.

Very prompt and professional. Communicated frequently before and during the job attending to customer questions. The job was done professionally, and true to their name very swiftly! Previously used Swift Painters to paint exterior of our home and was equally satisfied with their performance. I would use them again.

I only have good things to say about Swift Painters. The professionalism of management and the contractors was EXCELLENT. I requested a quote to have the interior of my home painted. Heather came two days later and promptly provided me an estimate and worked with me on pricing and schedule. The team, David and Rick, were always on time and their work was exceptional. Heather came every morning to see how things were progressing and called me at the end of every day to see if I was happy with the work being completed. In the final walkthrough, she was more thorough in looking for touch ups and imperfections. The team made me feel valued and no question or concern was ignored. Exceeded expectations by 100%.

Everything went great; the crew was pleasant, worked hard, and did a great job. Our sales rep/project manager was extremely attentive and made an on-site visit almost every day to ensure things were going as planned. Would definitely hire again.

We needed someone to come out to the office pretty quickly to paint an office and feature wall. Tom and team responded promptly, came out to give us an estimate the same day and came out to paint two days later. They were so efficient that they were able to paint a conference room that was planned for a later date, all on the same day! Excellent customer service, they did a great job. We will definitely use them again.

The service provided by Swift Painters was great! In preparing to sell my house, I needed to make the outside pop to attract home buyers. Switch delivered in a big way. They were very professional throughout the entire process in keeping me updated on the status of the job. The painters were very knowledgeable and friendly. All in all I'm very happy with the job that was completed and glad I went with Swift over the others I look into.

Definitely one of the best contractors I have worked with in a long while. We were trying to sell our house and kept getting feedback that the exterior needed a little TLC. We called swift for an estimate, and they were able to start extremely quickly (within a week). They did a great job pressure washing and cleaning before hand, even fixed a gutter for me. The house looked fantastic just being pressure washed, but once they painted it, it was perfect. We were under contract on the house 3 days later. We were out of town, so they sent pictures along the way. Extremely happy, turned out great.
