+ 0 moreScheduled work, agreed upon price, set date and Time. They called me on the day work was to be done at the time they were to show up and informed me that they had looked at my house on google earth maps and decided that they couldn't do the work and therefore were not going to show up. If they had called me a day prior or even expressed any doubts when I talked with them I wouldn't have wasted a day off from work to be present. When we discussed the job, I provided a detailed description of the house including the square footage, and the fact that it was a two story house and repeatedly asked if he could handle a house the size that I described. He was confident that he could.

+ 1 moreI had my house cleaned by Soft-Touch Roof and Exterior Cleaning. I called the company and spoke with Cory Wilson. He offered several options for an appointment that would best suit me. We scheduled an appointment within a week. He was prompt and pleasant. He and Tim turned my home back into a beautiful white (looks fresh painted) tri-story. I will be using him in the future, as well as, highly recommending this company any time I have the opportunity.
