+ -1 moreRichard arranged his schedule so he could meet us the day after we contacted him. He arrived about 10 minutes before our scheduled meeting time. He explained the options for each repair, then let us make the final choices. He provided us with a written estimate for repairs within 8 hours. He made the chosen repairs within a week, as we requested. We were happy with his work.
Description of Work: Richard repaired a wooden stair tread lip that was cracked from one side to the other. He also repaired a part of our living room ceiling that had a hole in it due to water leaking from a water pipe above it; he fixed the leak as well and added the texture to the new section of ceiling he made.

+ 0 moreMr. Henneberg is also a licensed Home Inspector and is skilled in many other areas of home repair. I am going to use him in the future to repair some rotting siding and indoor painting, of which he quoted me very reasonable prices.
Description of Work: He repaired a patch of drywall that had fallen from the garage ceiling, plus he secured other areas that were sagging. He arrived at 9:30 am and finished by 3:30 pm. He also cleaned up all the debris, I was totally satisfied with the finished job.
