Scott Walker Heating and Air

We have used Scott Walker Heating and Air for many years. They are excellent in their quality and professionalism. They arrive on time and make sure everything is working properly. I highly recommend them and now my parents use them too!

I am greatly impressed by Scott Walker Heating and Air. Scott himself came to our house to give us an estimate on 2 new A/C units for our home. He took great detail in analyzing our current system and breaking down the cost for us. The following the week, the guys came to install the system. Very professional and courteous. It took them about a day-and-a-half to complete the work. Best of all, the price was MUCH lower than a local competitor.

I've been using them since 2010. I have the maintenance with them. They come out twice a year automatically. I pay them a flat fee one time a year and then they come out twice a year. They service the unit if there any problem. They give me an estimate on any repairs that need to be done in any problem. I trust them and they're regular. I don't have any problem referring them or recommending them. A friend of mine that have been using them for several years recommended them to me. They'll be out again probably prior cooling season. They typically come some time April or early May. For preventive maintenance, it'll probably cost close to $200. This one, I don't have to schedule it. They call me to get the days convenient for me, will next Thursday be good for you. The guy that referred me was a uy that I worked with before I retired and he had been using him for several years. The workers are very positive. They're very professional, clean and very cordial to me and my wife. They didn't leave a mess and they were thorough. I don't know what else good to say about them. I don't have anything negative to say about them. I just remembered, one year they forgot to call me. I got at the end of either heating or cooling season and I realize they hadn't been out. Instead of six months, its been eight months. I called them and that irritated me but that just happened one year.

After a complete assessment of my 13 year old outside broken air conditioner unit, (furnace, and duct work located in crawl space) under house, I asked for a quotation for repairs and new replacement with several levels of Seer rating. Scott took the time to show me his observations in detail, explain the options, and benefits of each choice, along with expected utility savings. I was somewhat surprised at the total cost for the high end system, but it was not too far out of what I could find on the internet. ( It was rather difficult to get competitive cost information without multiple quotes). The fact that I wanted the best filtration system available ($1500 extra) plus major duct work modifications were necessary to get two zones (with dual thermostats) added to costs. I also got the best available control systems with internet features, and the two zone thermostats synchronize with each other. I am very pleased with the planning, scheduling, installation, and follow up of Scott Walker Heating and Cooling. Still waiting to get my first utility bill, which will take a year to fully realize accurate savings with the new system. I have dealt with various types of contractors in industrial settings for over 30 years and I was very comfortable with the capabilities and performance of this contractor.

They were very, very good. The tech was very knowledgeable. He helped my wife to understand how to set the thermostat and everything, she was happy. Everything was good.

Went great! They contacted me, set an appointment, showed up on time, and did the job.

He right away and was able to work with the insurance company. I didn’t have to make any arrangements with the insurance company. I was very pleased with them.
