 + -1 moreCharles has done work for us several times in the past several years and is always honest, efficient, polite and responsive. We were referred to Charles several years back by a friend. We had one of the major HV/AC companys come to repair one of our units and he told us the entire unit had to be replaced and the cost would be $8,000. Charles came and found that the coil needed replacing and fixed it for $1,100. He performed the repairs and the unit worked fine. We have a home with 3 separate units and Charles has had to be called several times and each time we are impressed by is honesty and knowledge. I'd recommend him to everyone.
Description of Work: One of our units failed to cool at the beginning of the season. Charles sent someone who diagnosed the problem as needing freon. We were shocked by the cost of the freon and Charles assured us that although expensive he was only charging us his cost. We later found that to be true. The unit failed again a few weeks later and Charles sent his man to service it. He thought we needed a new compressor but called Charles to check. Charles instructed him to check another part and it proved to be the problem. He replaced it. Once again Charles saved the day. The unit now works fine.
