It went excellent. I had an emergency sink issue and needed my faucet replaced. They where fast, courteous and affordable.

Wanted an estimate for cost. Contractor missed our appointment to come out, took measurements, then promised an estimate by a specific date. Estimate was late and over-priced.

Unfortunately, I found Jason's "A" rated company on angie's list on March 16, 2017. I contacted Jason on the morning of March 16, 2017 and requested a quote to replace door and door frame. I specified I was under a time crunch, as the work had to be completed prior to the painters arrival (already scheduled for April 10). Jason came by about an hour after our call. He was very cordial, likable and professional. He looked at the door and said he would go by home depot and price a couple of different options for us. I specifically asked him (on telephone and in person) to tell me if the job was too small, or otherwise outside of his wheelhouse. I told him, very honestly that I wouldn't hold it against him if he was not interested in the work. I told him 'man to man' that my family and I have to move and were trying to get the house on the market quickly. I was very clear that there we had no time for games. He offered to give an estimate for painting, but I explained I had already made a handshake deal with another company. I showed him the other company's estimate and told him I would consider his estimate in the event the others didn't show (even if lower). I had not heard from him by about 4pm that afternoon, so I located and priced the door and frame. I called him back and told him that I had found the appropriate door. He told me to order the door and said he had would put me on the schedule for the morning of March 23, 2017. He said he would charge $350.00 to install. This was about 75 dollars higher than the next, least expensive estimate. I was willing to pay to get the job done quickly. I ordered the door and paid 79.00 for delivery as Jason instructed. At 8:06 am on March 23, I sent a text to Jason to confirm he would be coming to install the door. As of today, I still have not heard from him. This has delayed putting our house on the market by a couple of weeks, and has caused some difficulty. Fortunately, another company, RF Installations came and did the job very well, although I had to return the door and eat the 79.00 delivery charge. RFI completed the job in a couple of hours and made sure I had the right door. They did it on short notice, for less. I really wanted to give the business to someone local, but RFI did a great job. Jason, feel free to swing by the house and reimburse me that 79.00, if you think its appropriate. You know where I live.

I cannot tell you how GREAT QWR Handyman Repair services was. I saw a sign in my neighbors yard and called to schedule an appointment for an estimate on repairs. Jason Howard came over within one hour of my call. I showed him all the work I needed done , 4 hours later I had a written estimate emailed to me , He came 2 days later and started working on all my repairs. I made a last minute decision to install shiplap in the mudroom. I had Jason and his team in my living room watching an episode of HGTV, Fixer Upper, and saying can you install shiplap just like this. Well let me tell you, Chip Gaines aint got nothing on QWR. My room turned out gorgeous!!!! QWR will be back for all my future handyman services. Cathy and Rick LaGuardia

Jason Howard is the owner. He had two subcontractors with him so I mostly talked to them. Jason said that they could do the whole downstairs but the guys put in a lot of work. They did not get to my half bathroom and I got the sense that they did not want to comeback, like he had planned for them to be at my house for one day and they did as much as they could for one day. He ended up giving me a discount because they did not do the bathroom. My interaction with them was fine. He was not aggressive, mean or pushy, but I did not like the position I was in when we had to bargain at the end of the day about setting up on the amount of work done. The work was good; they did a good job. They did a little more than expected leveling the consistency of the walls out. They were punctual.

Very well, accomplished work in 1 day. Definitely will use again. Easy to work with.
