I had Quality Cabinet Refinishing refinish my cabinets, and in less than a year the finish started cracking badly. It's just a matter of time until the finish starts falling off! I contacted the owner, Connie Bryan, and she said she would be out to take a look at the problem....but she never did. I have left her numerous messages, but she won't return my calls. She says in her advertisement that the work is guaranteed, but this isn't true. STAY AWAY - your cabinets will look nice at the time of payment, but they last less than a year before the paint cracks, and it gets worse and worse, and "Low" Quality Cabinet Refinishing does NOT honor their "warranty."

I would rate this job as nothing short of fantastic. When Connie provided me with the estimate, I couldn't believe my eyes. I went no further since her estimate was nearly half of the other estimate I received. I went out of town during the painting and left my house keys with Connie. I totally trusted her and the company since they had done some work for a neighbor. When I returned I was simply delighted. The cabinets looked like they were new and all the hardware had been replaced. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I would fully recommend their services.
