I was very impressed with how thorough Richard was. He had all the tools necessary to inspect everything from the top of the house all the way to the crawlspace and everything in between. He made it very easy for us to make an informed decisions on one of the most important investments of our life! He was very professional and knowledgeable and made sure we knew what would have to be done to correct the issues found. If your looking to purchase a home or would just like an inspection for peace of mind, he is your guy!!!
Description of Work: Richard communicated with me about his arrival time, and showed up to inspect our future home on time and prepared. He was very informative throughout the whole process and was very thorough. When completed he went over all of his findings and emailed a very detailed report within 24 hrs.

It was awesome. Richard was very thorough. As a matter of fact, he did an inspection for us once before and saved us from buying a huge lemon of a house. I was impressed with all the details of the inspection (both inspections, actually). Great job. Highly recommend.
