PHI Home Inspections LLC provides Whole Home Inspections for existing homes as well as new home construction including all phases of construction, foundations though final Certificate of Occupancy. I have been in construction a total of 36 years combined. I started as a sub contractor, became to remodeling to home builder now inspector. I have spent the last 21 years as a residential inspector, 7 of those years inspecting commercial as well. I have inspected projects as small as a 400SF garden shed to the new Piedmont Hospital. I have finally decided to follow my dream again... working for myself to provide the best customer service experience I can by informing/assisting/sharing my experience in a effort to protect your biggest investment! Working for myself allows me to do my job better without being swayed by politics or profits. I own and operate every aspect of this business which translates to low overhead and a hand-on experience for every customer.
