I am so pleased with the excellent service that I’ve received from Overwatch. A few weeks ago, I heard a scratchy noise coming from my vents in the middle of the night on a Friday. Needless to say, a uninvited ‘friend’ came to visit in the attic. I left a frantic voicemail message on Saturday morning, and lo an behold, I got a response in less than an hour! A technician was scheduled to find the problem that Monday and the problem was found and removed. The team patched up the points of entry and left traps in the attic just in case any other ‘friends’ try to visit the attic again. I can’t say enough good things about Brandon and his team; they are professional, courteous and their service rates are very reasonable. I will continue to recommend Overwatch to friends and family. They are truly the best and I am extremely pleased with their service.

Overwatch Pest Management promptly came to our farm the next morning after calling and speaking with Brandon the evening before. He set out rodent traps to eliminate a rat infestation next to our animal feed building and various locations on our farm. Because rats are nocturnal, he advised us to change our feeding program for our free-range chickens, turkeys, and guineas by storing the feed in closed containers each evening. We will also properly store our horse and cattle feed. Brandon will continue to monitor the locked bait stations he set out during pre-scheduled visits. Overwatch Pest Management obviously knows how to control pests for large and small-scale businesses and homeowners. Yes, I HIGHLY recommend this company.
