+ -1 moreWhen we moved into our cedar siding house last year we had a terrible carpenter bee problem. With Northwest's help we have only seen a few this year and their numbers seem to be continuing to diminish. As with any pest control service a lot depends on your particular technician. Hector Tirado is outstanding. Much better than the previous technician we had.
Description of Work: We have their "Green Elite" service which covers just about everything we need.

Description of Work: $159 for the initial visit based on our size of house and separate garage. Ant, roach and spider treatment. They came and inspected cracks and crevices, treated the perimeter. We saw some ants in the garage right after the 1st treatment and they came right back. Their products are natural and pet friendly and safe for our golden retriever. They are super nice and professional in the office and it's really easy to schedule an appointment that is convenient for our schedule. They did not make us feel like an annoyance when we asked for a call back like some providers do once they have your money.

+ -1 moreThis company has been very unprofessional and un-ethical. We recently purchased a home and they were supposedly contracted with the previous owner though we have no documentation of this. They came to our home and asked if we wanted to continue service which we declined. Since then they have continued to send invoices listed as "pass due", and call twice a week. They have a new tact where they are calling my wife telling us they will "ruin" our yard removing the old traps if we do not pay them 300$. I'm shocked to see positive feedback on this company considering their relentless pressure and threats. We are planning on using an exterminator, but will be finding another one.

They call to make an appointment and they show up when they say they will. They are very thorough and the price is less than competitors. They really go above and beyond their duties.

Description of Work: The Technitian arrived the same day I contacted the company. He did a through evaluation and made several reccomendations for my consideration. He then treated our home for insects and arranged for quarterly inspections and treatments.He also arranged for another technian to come the next day to install a termite bait system. Both techs were very profesional in appearance and performance. We were very satisfied with the service provided by the technicians and the staff at the office who answered our questions and scheduled our service. They also followed up with a call a few days later to see if we were satisfied with thier service and to thank us for our business.The money we specified above includes the initial inspection and service and a years service. A good experience all around.

+ -1 moreEvery person I have dealt with in this company has been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are punctual, as well. I am so pleased with this company that I will try them for lawn service in the future, if my current provider does not work out.
Description of Work: I have been using Northwest Extermating for my annual termite inspection, and quarterly pest control for about 3 years now. The pest control is a green service, and they have only had to treat the inside of my home twice in the past 3 years. The pest control works great! If I have an isue between service dates, they come back and retreat at no charge.

+ -1 moreThey sprayed before all of the rain. They will come back at no additional charge if you see more pests. They are very good. They come on time. I tell them not to come if there's going to be rain, and they remember that. Inside the house, they don't use harsh chemicals. I do have to take my animals out of the yard for two hours when they spray out there. They inform you up-front.
Description of Work: I am on a senior citizen plan for pest control services with them. They spray inside and outside of the house for fleas and ticks.
