Every step of the way was a new difficult challenge with MG. Installation is supposed to be completed in 1 day. Mine took an additional 30 days and a total of 2 different attempts at installation. Each time they came back, we ran into more serious problems. From fabrication, measurement, attention to detail and installation, this company was terrible. AVOID!!

I would like to say that the installers sent to my home were excellent. They were unbelievably punctual and very neat with their installation -- very pleased with that portion of the process. However...there was little to no communication with the coordinator at Mega-Granite in the Hartselle store. She wasn't forthcoming with anything I needed to do prior to the installation, such as uninstalling the sink and gas range. Maybe I should have known this, but I had never had this type of work done before. Actually, the man who installed my backsplash informed me that I needed to have this done. It cost me an extra trip from the plumber -- $200 that I wasn't expecting. Further, my nephew and his wife have recently purchased a new home, visiting the same store in hopes of purchasing countertops. My nephew said they refused to show them a certain product in countertops (Quartz, I think), telling them it was "out of their price range," not knowing what their price range was. He, also, said the person they dealt with talked down to another employee in front of them. They left the store and found what they were looking for elsewhere. Mega-Granite lost a big sale.

This is a very shady business and their prices are substantially higher than a competitor I ended up using after my disgusting experience here. I attempted to use this business to install granite in my home after I fired my contractor and they were not responsive and wasted my time. In addition I believe my salesperson took instructions from my former Builder, Cranford Homes, not to do business with us. I am shocked that a legitimate businesses would take instructions from Builder to blackball an individual homeowner who has had a horrific experience with a bad Builder and not be willing to perform Services because of good old boy politics in business. My salesperson at Mega Granite was not very helpful anyway. Usually, going to Lowes to install something like granite is a big hassle. Well....it's much less of a hassle than Mega Granite and far cheaper for the same or better quality.

Looks good. My only negative was they dumped the dust from the drilling underneath a bush in my front yard. That and they were sort of slow. It was over a full week between the template measurement and the actual installation. That's money on a project.

I selected this company based upon reviews in Angie's List. I contacted this company via telephone and received a quote to have four granite counter tops cleaned and resealed. The price quoted was agreeable and I scheduled a morning appointment approximately one month out. I stayed home from work on the day the services were to be provided. The technician was to be at my residence at 0800 HRS. By mid-morning the technician was not at my house and I had not received a telephone call. I called the service department but received their voice mail and left a message asking them to call me. By mid-day I had not received a phone call so I called again. This time I was able to speak to the service department manager. They admitted a mistake in scheduling as they had my appointment for the following week. We agreed upon a new appointment date of two weeks later. On that day (07/31/15) there was no technician at my house by 0900 HRS while the appointment was for 0800 HRS. I called the company and was transferred to the voice mail of the service department manager. I left a message asking her to call me. Approximately two hours later I called again and was put on hold for the service department manager, then eventually transferred to her voice mail where I left another message. By noon I still had no return call and telephoned the company again and was finally able to speak to the service department manager. She stated she just heard my voice mail and was going to call me. That was the same thing that was said when I left messages for the last missed appointment and I am surprised that a service department does not check messages they receive until mid-day. When she looked at her schedule book she told me that my appointment was once again the following week and not this day. Due to my work schedule I am certain that I would not have requested an appointment during that week. I cancelled my request for service (no charge to me). I am unable to rate the site work for this company as there was no performance of such. If you do schedule a service appointment with this company I would strongly recommend confirming the appointment by a telephone call the day before. They seem to have significant difficulties in their service department for scheduling and keeping appointments.

Fantastic. The entire experience from the beginning through the installation were impeccable. Everyone at the showroom is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The team that came to our home to create the counter top template were extremely knowledgeable and personable. The installers arrived on time, performed their work efficiently and gave great follow up to our questions. Again, after dealing with Mega, I see why everyone goes to them for their kitchen remodel projects. Top notch.

The installation process went smoothly accept for one hiccup. There was a flaw in the granite island that previously had not been seen. The salesperson worked to have this piece removed and a new island reinstalled within 2 days. Couldn't be more pleased with how the granite looks! Would recommend this company again.

All of the staff we encountered were professional and responsive. This is from the estimator who took our kitchen measurements, the wonderful showroom personnel and the installers. I would recommend Mega Granite to anyone who is looking for exceptional service.

Everything went great. Huge selection of remnants in the showroom to choose from. Price was reasonable. Mega Granite communicated with me every step of the way. Promptly came out and took exact measurements after I selected the specific piece of granite. Within two weeks, they were back out to install. Everyone involved was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Very pleased.

Mega granite did a great job. The only small issue i had was that they cancelled :45 minutes after their scheduled window. We had to reschedule. While this was not a huge deal, the company person I spoke with could have been apologetic.

The experience was great and so is the company.

An associate (who worked for Mega Granite) was recommended to come out to the house to take a look so they could make recommendations on other enhancements to our bathroom. Took them many weeks and calls to coordinate them coming out to our home. Then once they did that it was difficult to get the quote. When we finally got a quote it was very weak on recommendations, not helpful, no samples were provided, it was just a waste of time and bad service. Their prices were out of range as well. Also, they were suppose to seal out granite bathroom countertop, but they did not. ALSO, we asked for a recommendation on who has nice bathroom sinks. They recommended a place in Newnan, however, when we went there and asked a price on a sink; we were told they could not give us the price because they had to quote it thru Mega granite (which included a mark-up). Mega granite did nothing to help us find a sink except give us the name of one company down the street....and then expected a kick-back which increased our cost. . We wound up purchasing our sink on-line.

The people in the showroom were great, they worked with me on the type of granite and sink I wanted and were very patient as I was trying to decide. The gentleman that showed up to make the template of my counters was very quick and professional. I was not home when the countertops were actually put in, but my husband said they worked very hard and the final product looks amazing.

They came out and did the measurements. Then they installed it. We had a great experience with them. We didn't have any problems. The saleslady was really great and very patient with me. We actually went down there several times and I couldn't find the exact marble that I wanted. Finally they got something in and she even helped us when we pulled out the slab that we wanted and helped us lay out our template, so that we could get the most of what we wanted from the granite. We had also wanted no seams in our granite and they were able to do that, which a lot of other companies would have put a seam in. So that was very helpful. The people that we came in contact with were very professional. They were helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us ideas and helped us with the backsplash and with the granite. We did have a few issues, but I never addressed it with them, because it just really didn't matter. When the guys installed the granite, I think one corner was a little too big, so when they installed it, it made the counter higher. My stove is a slide-in and we had to put boards under it, so I would have to get all of that fixed to make it tall enough to fit on top of the granite. It is starting to settle now, so I think that will help some. Everything else was perfect. That was the only thing, but I never called them back or said anything. We did say something to the installers and we were just told that it is just the way it was supposed to be. But I never called the company. The pricing was great. She actually even came down some and gave us more of a discount to meet my budget. That was really good.

The service was excellent. The technicians showed up on time and they were very courteous and professional. I did have a mishap where the bar did not set and dry well, but they came out the very next day and replaced it with some extra slabe and now it's perfect. I love my granite!

Mega did an excellent job! We were so pleased. First, they templated my countertops while I was at work. The templater called me to give me some options. My cabinets (that were 10 years old) were out of square on the back of my bar, and he made suggestions to help with the issue. Second, when the tops were installed I was very pleased with the results. My husband and I had torn out our countertops and cut down a bar top. (it wasn't that even because we don't do that normally LOL!). But when we came back after the install, they had fixed the uneven parts, and caulked the bar so you couldn't tell we had cut it. They were also very skilled with the seam. I had been worried about what it would look like, but in the end, it was very hard to find!. The tops are stunning and they did a beautiful job. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend Mega.

On time for appointed time. Was early. Cleaned up thoroughly. Verly polite. Everyone from the person I worked with at the office to the installers were great. Would alway go back to them for any more work and I would recommend.

The selection and pricing was excellent. The finished installation was very high quality. The only problem - responsiveness - was due to a plumbing sub-contractor's inital work, which MEGA GRANITE and MARBLE INC had a technical staff member repair to our satisfaction.

When I talked to Mega Granite and Marble Inc., they were very, very helpful. But I have had a little trouble getting in contact again with the sales rep, but overall, they've been great to work with.

They did a wonderful job. Very punctual and my granite is perfect in my bathroom and kitchen with no visible seams. The workers were very nice. They called and scheduled everything and were right on the money with everything.

The experience was great; they were really professional and I would highly recommend them. The guys came as a pair and I really liked their service. They are very efficient and they deliver what they promise. When I went to the showroom the gentleman was really helpful. Their prices are very competitive; I did not find anything any less expensive; if I did I did not trust their service; these guys are right in line, even a little lower. I would choose them for more than just the price and the quality of their work was great; there was nothing I had to have them come back and redo.

My experience with them was excellent. I have used them before, that's why I went back to them. They are very patient and they show us everything that they have. If they don't have something, they will try to find it for us. They are going to install my countertops on Monday. I have got one more bathroom, so I will use them again in the future.

They did what they said they were going to do. They did a nice job. They were very special. I was very pleased.
