She met with us before we put the house on the market and gave us some suggestions on how we could stage the house and improvements that could be made to make our home more competitive in the market. That saved us about $3000 that we would have spent if it weren't for her expert advice. (and - we didn't receive one negative comment on these items- so she was 100% accurate in her feedback/advice) Jeannie is well connected in the area. We signed the listing agreement on a Saturday and were scheduled to have the sign in the yard 2 days later. Within in a couple hours of our meeting that same day - we had our first showing and they ended up writing an offer a week later. Finally, every contract was digitally downloaded, which was perfect because we had moved out of state; no faxing, etc....She is the best.
