HIS Plumber

Their employees caused two gas leaks at our home. They tried to cover up the first leak by placing water pipes over the main gas line then wrap it in electrical tape. They also didn't install the regulator correctly which caused the second leak. Then, he tried to bill me an additional $425 and said it was for fees. Atl Gas Light took several pictures as well as the pipe and electrical tape. They advised His Plumber would get a repair bill for the gas leaks. I wonder if the phantom fee is their repair bill.

Had a couple of issues at my house (kitchen drain pipe leak and an issue with water pressure with the old shower faucets). I called on a Wednesday and HIS Plumber were out that Friday to help. Nathan was the specific technician to come out. The drain turned out to be something far more severe (intense water retention and damage to the sub-floor of my house) with significant mold. Although Nathan couldn't correct the issue in that moment due to the mold, he contacted a water mediation service they partner with as he was in my house and within about an hour and a half, work began to rectify the water damage...on a Friday before 5pm. A testament to this company going above and beyond to help their clients! While he was here I did ask if he could check the faucets in my shower as I thought there were some pressure issues. He repaired and replaced the pieces quickly. A week or so later he was out again once the water folks completed their work and was able to fix the leak to the drain pipe, relieving me of the stress. He was punctual, informative, and FAST! I was very impressed and have called them twice so far. As a new homeowner I am happy to say that I now have trust that I have secured a company for all of my plumbing needs moving forward. It is a good feeling. (As a side note, the price I am including for the service provided is total for both trips. Lots of work and I felt these amounts due were fair.) Many thanks!

The plumber came out at the prescribed time, diagnosed the problem and solved it. I was expecting the pump to be replaced. Instead, the float had become stuck. I was only charged for the service call - no additional money was requested. Then, as an after thought, I asked him to look at the flow rate from the sink in the bathroom. He quickly fixed that problem, also at no additional charge. Honest work, fair price.

The leak was repaired in addition to something else on the toilet that the plumber recommended needed to be repaired to prevent more trouble.

His plumbers came out and were fantastic. They were nice courteous and very professional got the job done quickly .

Work was performed reasonably quickly with multiple options for me to choose from as far as the expense (fix the issue, fix the issue with higher quality materials or do a repair of the entire line all the way to the street to hopefully prevent any possibility of future problems due to age of the rest of the piping). I chose the mid level work to be done and it was handled within hours of my confirmation of what I wanted done. They called me the next day to secure payment because I couldn't be there personally when the work was performed. Not the cheapest resolution to my problem, but in my mind you get the quality of work you pay for. I would recommend them and I will hire them in the future for all plumbing needs.

Easy to get scheduled. Fee just to come look was $95 and we were told $40 would be credited toward repairs if we chose to have them done. They ran late getting here but called ahead of time to let us know they would be because they were dealing with an emergency call. Called to let us know when they were en route. Problem was found and fixed quickly. They were here less than an hour. Replaced with a pedestal sink faucet with faucet they had on hand. We agreed to it because it was cheaper than having them come back out to put on the one we would have preferred, which had to be ordered and a return trip would cost another $75 just for them to come. Overall the work was fine, just way overpriced. Total cost was almost $400.

He is awesome. He is punctual, thorough and he explained everything and he was meticulous. He has integrity and he was great. No negatives what so ever.

Everything went very well. My problem was taken care of and David did not leave until he was sure everything was done and I was satisfied. In addition, before he left, he helped me get the smoke detector off the wall so that I could replace the battery. What a kind and considerate thing for him to do. I would recommend this plumbing company to anyone needing a plumber. I will call this company again whenever I need a plumber.

The plumber was excellent, respectful, professional, and thorough. I would use this company again. They are doing work for other neighbors in my neighborhood. I thought it was a little pricey for the job as it took about 1 1/2 hours to complete; however, that may be standard. I was told it was considered a level 2 project and was a fixed price, regardless of time. I was, however, very pleased with the work!

I called His Plumber at 11:53 AM on the Friday before a long Independance Day holiday, one I thought would contain no hot water. Stephanie, the office manager, was able to get a plumber and his assistant to our home in LESS THAN 90 MINUTES. They came, they saw and the conquered! In slightly more than two hours they had done the job and they had brought everything they needed to do the job right with them! No running back to the shop, no needing to go to Home Depot for a missing part. Just good old professional service and friendly to boot. I am so please that Angie's List (and God) directed me to His Plumber!

This service went very well. The technician told us what needed to be done, agreed on a price and he got the work done.

Peter he did an excellent job repairing the lines, was very friendly and worked quickly to fix our problem.

The date and cost are total guesses, as I can't seem to locate my records now. I did note one minor problem with the way the water softener overflow tube was connected in to the normal backflush tubing. I asked them about it and they were more than happy to come back and correct the connection at no additional charge. I would definitely use HIS Plumber again. At the same time as the original work was done, I inquired about how much it would cost to add a hot water recycle system to get hot water to some far away outlets quicker. He was more than willing to do the work if I wanted, but advised me it would be cheaper to wait until some future date when the water heater was replaced and have it added in at that time. I appreciated the effort to save me unnecessary expense and am waiting.

He couldn't find the problem, and thought it ws something entirely different. I figured it out tracing the water leak.

I made a call to set up the appointment for the estimate. He arrived on time and did a great job explaining the work that would need to be done. He provided a detailed estimate the following week by email. In the end we went with another plumber which was cheaper but would consider using His Plumber in the future and would recommend to others for their consideration.

The guys did an awesome job. I have used His Plumber for many years now and I have always had outstanding service provided with excellence and integrity. I LOVE that I can leave them in my home, without supervision, and not worry about things being missing.

It turned out very well. The job took 2 days. It was just a good experience.

Peter, was very prompt. Very efficient. Responded to all questions professionally while maintaining eye contact. No guessing or evasive behavior. Great person will use again.

It was kind of mediocre, not all great but not bad. I don't know if this is even their fault but they gave me a price for the toilet and then when I said I wanted the ivory, they said it was $100 more, which I just think was weird. I don't know if it's true or not, but I think it's strange. I just think that switching the color shouldn't be $100. They supposedly fixed our shower but the shower still has a problem and they were supposed to put a new handle on the shower and I think they did, but there was a piece missing. There's a little piece that kind of covers up where the screw is on the shower knob, and it wasn't there. I wouldn't call them again. Their responsiveness was very good.

They did an excellent job. We were satisfied with it and we didn't have any further problems with the sink. I have no complaints. Overall it was a good service.

Excellent. They were on time, efficient and comfortable having in the house. The price was reasonable. The shower continued to drip but they didn't have a look at that while they were here. What stood out the most was his personal integrity- I just felt comfortable that he was a nice guy.
