Description of Work: Mr Eskew and his team which includes his wife, Berta, made repairs to a house I was preparing to put on the market. The repairs included minor plumbing items such as the water line to the refrigerator, kitchen sink repair, etc. He also fixed the way the dryer was vented through the garage, replaced garage light, replaced a vented microwave as well as a loose shingle and much more.

Description of Work: Rusted bolts in toilet causing it to run continuously. Tommy cut bolts off and returned toilet to good working order. This repair was done at a rental property.
