Exceptional service. Each time I went in the staff was always extremely helpful and happy. Just a delightful place to do business. They wouldn't let me pay a dime until I received the service and they knew I was happy. We will be using this company again and highly recommend it to others.

This company failed terribly. When they installed the granite counter tops they did a sloppy job. They did not install the tub granite in the way they promised, and over charged us for their misquoted prices. The owner was extremely unprofessional and outright nasty when we tried to get the problems fixed. He was verbally abusive and threatening. We fired them and found another granite installer that fixed their mistakes. I was shocked at the how bad this experience was. Avoid this company!

From the day we walked in the door, we were very pleased. Elegante was kind enough to send us to their suppliers so we could see the large slabs or granite we needed to make selections from. Once we made our decision, things happened in a very timely manner. Slabs were delivered the next day, and fabrication began. Templating was scheduled for two days later with install the following week. Elegante uses the latest in technology and has a very experienced group of professionals assigned to each task. The installers showed up on time and did a great job, cleaning up behind them selves as though they were never there. During the install it turned out that one of our cabinets was 1/2 inch out of level. We were unable to reset the cabinet, but Elegante was able to complete the install and make adjustments so that you would never know we had an issue. They consulted with us at every step, offering up some excellent design ideas that we adopted. They suggested edge treatments that we would not have considered that made the job perfect. They went to great effort to make sure the sinks and faucet holes were located in locations that would be most beneficial. Their work was flawless, their service exceptional, and their pricing very competitive. We could not be more pleased with the final results of the job they did.
