Not only was he prompt, he arrived a few minutes early! In fact, the Constable was still waiting for his backup to arrive. Once the eviction process had begun, Lee went right to work. He kept us updated on his progress, and pointed out a couple of locksets that we had forgotten about that also needed to be re-keyed. He was friendly, professional, and we had no surprises about any price issues. He finished the job in a reasonable time, and even offered some sympathetic words about the emotional nature of the eviction. We bought a house and needed all the locks re-keyed. He estiated1 to 1.5 hours to do the job. The house is old and the deadbolts were a challenge. He re-keyed them but took almost hours. He stuck to his original price although he needed to do more work. Great job, great experience. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

AWESOME! Called and Lee was on the job within 40 mins. With no way to tell just how many sets of keys were floating around for our newly purchased home we wanted a FULL re-key. Lee took what would've been 7 separate sets of keys... 1 for each lock, down to 2 sets, 1 set for all front and side doors and 1 set for the 2 rear doors. Excellent service and very professional! The Locksmith was very polite and responsive. I had a car lock key that went bad. He gave me an estimate over the phone. We met at a location that was mutually advantageous for the both of us with his work van. He was on time, polite and very knowledgeable. He fixed my problem by cutting a new master key for my car door as the old one was warn out. He charged what he promised and we were on our way. I would recommend him to a friend.
