Jeff Cochran was prompt and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend for stucco repair and rotten trim repair around doors.

Mr. Cochran does beautiful stucco trim work. He came up with a wonderful solution to the holes that birds kept pecking into the stucco trim on our home by using cement board to replace the foam filler the builder had used. Hire him if birds are destroying your stucco trim.

I hired Cochran Construction to repair my traditional stucco siding. Jeff showed up on time and explained the process in depth. Jeff is extremely knowledge about stucco repair and installation. His repair was work was meticulous and he cleaned up when he was done. Additionally, his price was reasonable considering the amount of work. I would defiantly use him again and highly recommend him for anyone needing stucco repair.

I had a small stucco repair on the side of the house that Jefff and his crew fixed. Qulaity and matching of finish to the rest of the exterior was very good ( I was fortunate to have the paint needed to match the rest of the exterior). Time to do the repair was also very good, Price was reasonable considering it was a small job and their time is valuable. Price was $3oo and time was less than 2 hours. would definetly conside using them for any future stucco repair.

This my 2nd experience with Cochran and again, they were great. I needed extra cabinets (oak) for my kitchen. Jeff took the measurements made the cabinets, added a glass panel in each door and stained them all within a week. He worked with my schedule to bring them by and install them. They look exactly like the original cabinets! They are BEAUTIFUL!
