I was so impressed with Cleaning with a Cause. Jeremy took the time to work with me regarding convenient scheduling, details of services needed, time estimate and cost. This job was considered a move-in clean, and honestly it was a tremendous task to take on. Haley arrived on time and ready to work! She was so pleasant with such a positive attitude, and she did an unbelievable job. The attention to detail was impressive! Knowing I can move my furniture/belongings into a freshly cleaned and sanitized home is priceless. Very reasonable rates and worth every penny. Would highly recommend!!

My original cleaning company did not show and left me hanging twice on my move out cleaning. Cleaning with a Cause was able to work me in on the same day and did a great job. She was very detailed and thorough. We will definitely be using them again.

Absolutely wonderful! I’m very picky and I’m very happy that I have finally found a company who is understanding and professional, Jeremy, the owner, understood that I truly am not physically able to clean right now so he sent Trinity on a Saturday to clean my apartment. Trinity did a wonderful job. I could tell immediately that she has experience and pays attention to detail. I was raised and trained to clean by true Southern Bell women who went behind me with white gloves! If I missed one area then I had to re-clean the entire areas. In the past, I have had to give detailed instructions to other companies housekeeping, but certainly not to Trinity ! She immediately knew how to clean just like the women who taught me! So it went smooth until the day of. Dispatch sent a text a hr before they were scheduled, saying the time is changing to 11. I didn’t receive the text, so instead of confirming with me, they ASSumed the information was received. When she finally arrived, we gave her a list of task, which we decreased because she was an hr late. We wanted her to get the base boards, sweep and mop, and clean the kitchen and bathrooms. She spent 2.5 hours on just the fridge and the stove. She missed spot in and outside the fridge. She didn’t touch the stove vent, the counter tops (literally just touched something sticky), no floors period. She wiped down the bathroom without getting the bath tub. So long story short, $168 for a partial fridge and stove, and to wipe the bathroom. We intended on purchasing 2 hrs, but with the first 3, it took too long for her to complete 1 thing... which was the kitchen. I’m highly disappointed and will never hire again.
