Description of Work: SUBJECT: Charles Appliance Service, Newnan, GA |My refrigerator began making a loud grinding noise. |It was so frightening that we remove the protective shield from the back of the side by side freezer to stop the noise. We removed a 5 inch size ice cube that was created in the back of freezer unit. This amount of ice had build up, and causing it to touch the fan blades in side freezer unit. After we did this last minute repair. There was no more noise. We also notice a smaller water drip coming from somewhere in the fridge water supply line. |We had checked Angie's list and called Charles Appliance Service which happen to be in our community. Charles is a personable gentleman. He heard our complaints observed the fridge's performance, and repaired the leak causing the ice chunk build-up. |Nine months before this present repair service call, the same problem occurred with the fridge. We call another repair service company. At that time the service man replaced the thermostat to a greater expense that what we paid for today repair. Was the first repairman in error? |Who knows?
