Company started out doing a pretty good overall job overall, but quickly became poor performers. They allowed the turf to become infested with weeds and failed to follow up on promises to solve the problem on a routine and regular basis. Company also reneged on agreed upon pricing for pine straw installation. Most of egregious of all was their failure to fully pay for damage that they admitted their employees incurred on my backyard fence.
Description of Work: Attention to detail was very poor. Company admitted to damaging my backyard fence and failed to repair the damage or pay for me having the damage repaired. Employees would arrange for appointments and fail to show. Employees also failed to carry out work agreed upon.
