Perfectly smooth.

The guy came out and told me reprogramming the doors was not possible because the motor was bad. I disagreed and told him I was going to get a second opinion. I am glad I did because Davis Garage reprogram the door for $60.00. They assumed I was naive because I am a woman. They get a F in my book for lying.

They did great. They are very reasonably priced. It was excellent, they did a great job. They did a lot of work for the money. They came out four hours earlier than they said the would, which was also very good. They did a good job, they were reasonable, and also very prompt, and the workers were very pleasant.

My garage door was misaligned, unbalanced, and not sealing properly. I used Angies List special deal offer and hired Bill Beckom Garage Door company to service my garage door. The technician, Timothy, I think, was on time and very pleasant and efficient. He adjusted the spring tension, balanced the door the best he could (the concrete floor had a bow in it) and aligned the door so that it would seal properly. I feel that he went out of his way to ensure that my garage door was operating properly. The technician offered advice on operating the garage door, and did not, at any time, try to sell me anything that I did not need. I highly recommend Bill Beckom Garage Door Company and will use them again if I have any further need.

Miserable. He looked at the doors for half an hour and said he would get back with me the next day with an estimate. Then he disappeared.

They werent able to fix the issue as all the sensors they had would not work. i ordered them online, fixed it myself. That said, Bill's team were more than helpful, and charged me nothing. You cant beat that!!!!

It seems the door we use mostly still has a very loud noise when it opens and closes, I'm not certain if they did anything to my doors ! My wife was home and dealt w/ the company.

The spring broke on one of two single wide garage doors. I called and talked to Tom. He asked me a few questions which helped him identify the type of spring involved. He arrived a couple of hours later and replaced the spring and performed other general maintenance on both garage doors. I could tell that Tom was very experienced at replacing these springs (he took no unnecessary actions). He shared some info that I did not know such as lubricating the springs will extend their life. Thanks I will be happy to do business with them again.

When I called I told them that I had a broken spring on my garage door. The tech arrived with the spring and replaced same. He found the carrier gear was stripped. This was on a Friday afternoon. The stripped gear had to be ordered. Monday morning the technicain was back and completed the repair.

I found them through local references. My garage door had damaged due to a hail storm in the last year. It was a 25 year old wood door. I called them to see if I could just replace the door. The repair guy came out to fix the door and it just took him about a few minutes to put the cable back on in order to fix the door. I was really happy with him. He was good, reliable, honest and a local repair man. I also offered to pay him something, but he never took money from me since it was a service call. I would use his services in the future and I would recommend him to others as well.
