+ 0 moreWe explained in detail to the lady on the phone what we needed; 1) Sliding glass door repair (explained the door details & what needed to be repaired) & 2) Shower glass wall caulk. I took off work to meet the man. He arrived when scheduled and was very polite. However, when he looked at our 1st job, sliding glass door repair, he stated I don't repair those. He looked at the 2nd job, shower glass caulking and stated we should call the original installer. He then started trying to sell us window replacement glass. At least they didn't bill us, at least not yet. If you can't or won't do the work, please don't waste my time!!!!
