I’ve reached out to Riley a couple times over the years and every time he’s punctual, identifies the problem quickly, and is reasonably priced. He my go-to AC guy

We have called Alpha Heating & Cooling multiple times and they always come fight out and fix the problem. Pricing is reasonable too.

My A/C wasn't cooling the house. I called Alpha Heating and Cooling at 678-850-8072 because I used him about 7 years ago and remembered that he was competent, very reasonable, and trustworthy. Yesterday when I called he told me when he would come and he showed up on time. He worked 45 to 60 minutes. Everything is now working fine. I'd recommend him to my closest friend. John Cunningham

I can't begin to say how much I like this company. For starters, I trust them. The first time I called, the owner asked me a lot of questions and basically walked me through what was most likely wrong. His number one thing, he said, was not to take money from me if it was not warranted. They have replaced on unit we had which was 25 years old, they have fixed our heater, and fixed any other issue that came up in the systems. They are professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable and get the job done. They are that old fashioned, hard working, family owned business who believes in working hard to earn a reputation. We wouldn't use anyone else.

I have used Alpha Heating and Cooling (HVAC) Services on many occasions over the years and have never been disappointed. Larry Fulton is the "main man" at Alpha and has done both new installations and repairs for my personal residence and several rental properties I own. The quality of the products he uses is exceptional and the pricing is always competitive. More importantly, the service I receive always exceeds my expectations. In many cases I will call Larry about a problem with an older unit at a rental property and he will walk me through a fix right on the phone, saving me money and my tenant disruption. When he does come out for repairs, he is on time, professional, and makes sure it is fixed right the first time. In the most recent installation he did at my home, we were delayed because of the snow and ice storm. Larry called to see if we could delay a few days, and then called back to make sure we were warm enough until the roads were cleaned up. The actual install happened a few days later and took about 5 hours. Not only did I need a new furnace and air conditioner outside, I also needed to add a new vent from the basement to the outside. Larry designed and installed an non-obtrusive path through the basement ceiling and out the side of the home that worked great. At the end of the day, we were thrilled with the new unit, the installation process and the attention to detail we always receive from Alpha HVAC. Most importantly, I know Larry, and all of the Alpha employees to be as honest as the day is long, and that really provides me that warm and fuzzy feeling that I am not being taken for a ride like some of the rip off features they do on the TV news shows. As they say, if you don't know much about HVAC, make sure you know a lot about your HVAC man. Larry Fulton and Alpha HVAC have met our needs for many years, and hopefully for many years to come.
