"If your looking for a contractor to do some work, please avoid using Everardo Lozoya (JR Improvement). He has taken over three months to work on an outdoor fireplace that I contracted him to do. He made multiple promises on completion dates and has yet to complete it. In fact he has abandoned the job and I'm having to hire another contractor to finish. Unfortunately I now have to take him small claims court because I paid him and have a started but unfinished product."
