"Pool Craft owner Jim Acosta is a con artist. He took our money and left us with nothing but problems. Jim will lie to your face and make you think he is going to do the right thing but he never does. Our pool has had a stop order from the county since August because he did not properly do the electrical bonding and then covered it up with concrete. There are 5 more in Cobb county that have the same problem. He is no longer allowed to get permits or inspections in Cobb until he resolves all the issues with the current projects. Jim has been told this and has known since August and he has not corrected one issue on any of these builds. He charged us for 1400 square feet of concrete decking and we later discovered we only had 1000 square feet. He refused to refund the overpayment. They also burned the concrete decking when they poured straight acid on it while cleaning the coping. He has refused to complete work like putting fire brick in the firepit and fixing a leak on the equipment pad. Do not hire this company. They are scammers and will not finish work and steal your money!"
