I had a new air conditioner installed and found out I don't even know it was submitted for warranted. I had them come out to service one I had a couple of times and found out the one was not under their program I got a second opinion and I saved myself over 2000.00 and there was a switch from a breaker that went wrong. They still charged me 65.00 for a trip charge. Oh yeah they can't keep track how many advertisements for cleaning the units either

I decided on Hendrix Air after getting additional estimates. Chris not only looked into the roof area to check out existing ducts, but actually crawled in. He was the only one to do that. He spent an hour and a half checking out the entire project. No one else did that. He gave me an on the spot competitive estimate. Two days after my agreeing to have the work done his crew started the complete renovation and installation of a Trane heat pump. Despite temperatures in the mid nineties the job was competed in two days. It’s only been a couple of days and so far the new system is working as expected. I took advantage of a 3 year no interest financing offer as well.

Hendrix was a tremendous recommendation ( this is why I use Home Advisors. The technician , Chris Dennard, arrived yesterday afternoon (Same day as called!) on time and ready to repair my central air conditioner. He started at 5:00pm and stayed until almost 8:00 pm.. He explained the repairs, showed me the pictures of what was replaced and suggested a different way to organize the payments that saved me money. He and Hendrix are welcome at my home any time.

The tech educated me on the differences between a heat pump and a traditional AC system to which I am accustomed. This far I have not taken the advice of having a duct test done. While the system checks out OK, the summer heat overpowers the system. As we bought this home when it was 10 years old, I believe the system needs replaced.

Had pressure test and was told that it would cost $2,300 to "seal" our duct work, etc. My concern was mold and I was informed that there was none. Our system works very well, our house is tight and we have normal amounts of dust but this was somehow turned into a problem that must be fixed. Felt price to be ridiculous and that we do not have the problem I was concerned about.

I thought the service was great, my repair went fast. I like the club and package deal they have. I joined the club for $ 179.00 a year to have maintenance and service done twice a year.

Very polite and professional and saved me a lot of money.
