First and most impressive is when contacted Mr. Russell actually shows up within days with crew in hand to review job to provide an estimate. After a walkthrough and discussion on project requirements estimates are always provided in a timely period. Tentative schedules are provided based on job complexity, material requirements and usually weather limitations. I have found though that even with conflicting weather we have met schedules. Estimates are fair and comparable with other contractors , but based on work ethic, quality of work, quality of material, and his ability to figure out the differences of what my wife and I really want, I easily turn to his company. Another positive issue is he seems to have all the right equipment for the job, surprising me at times with what heavy equipment shows up. I do highly recommend this company based on my experience.
