Dishonarble company that didnt complete the job they were assigned and trid to add services and upcharge for things that werent approved. Failed to clearly communicate expectations, timelines, or provide written quotes and faled to keep appointments. Horrible to work with as office incredibly disorganized and communication between staff members is lacking. There are more honorable companies that have a commitment to earning your business out there. Go with anyone else

The job was delayed several times so they could start or finish other jobs. We never received a written quote nor did we ever receive a final invoice. This was needed in order to provide our insurance company to proof of work so they could reduce our premium. I made several contacts and was unable to get it resolved. It left me with an uneasy feeling which I still posess when I see their signs in front of other peoples homes, I cringe. Even though this was the third project we completed with them when I had storm damage and phoned to have a quote for repair they failed to contact me and I had to obtain another company. I feel they need to learn about what is required in their dealing with customers in regards to paperwork handling in a more professional manner.
