The services were *alacart*. The service lacked a personal touch. I paid for a deep (first time) cleaning however I do not feel that is what I got. Ie: they did not vacuum the steps. *Not included in price.* Did not wash glass top tables, only dusted them. When my husband returned home, he asked if they were coming.

The ladies were nice and did a very good job. The gentleman work was very poor. He did agree to return and redo the work. Second attempt the large window look somewhat better but he seem a bit frustrated with me. He made comments that made me uncomfortable.
